Once the invoice correction is formalised and saved, you can no longer change most of the details.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-a-invoice-correction-tab\">Pane A: Invoice correction tab <span id='anchor-pane-a-invoice-correction-tab' data-href='#pane-a-invoice-correction-tab' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2><h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"invoice-correction\">Invoice correction <span id='anchor-invoice-correction' data-href='#invoice-correction' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p><strong>Company:<\/strong> In this field, you can use the drop-down menu to select the company for which the invoice correction should be issued.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Document number:<\/strong> After you finalise the invoice correction, the document number for the invoice correction automatically appears in this field.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Document date:<\/strong> This field is filled in automatically when the invoice correction is created and displays the document date. However, you can also specify the document date using the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Customer ID:<\/strong> This field shows you the customer ID of the customer for whom the invoice correction is created.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Customer group:<\/strong> If you have saved a customer group in the customer master data, this field is automatically filled in accordingly.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-b-billing-address-tab\">Pane B: Billing address tab <span id='anchor-pane-b-billing-address-tab' data-href='#pane-b-billing-address-tab' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In the <span class=\"highlight\">Billing address<\/span> pane, you can see the predefined address. You can use the following buttons to change the address of the invoice correction:<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Select:<\/strong> Use this button to open the <span class=\"highlight\">Selecting an address<\/span> dialogue box. If you have entered several addresses for a customer, you can select a different address in this dialogue box.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Edit:<\/strong> Use this button to open the <span class=\"highlight\">Edit the billing address<\/span> dialogue box. In this dialogue you can edit the billing address.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Contact:<\/strong> Use this button to open the <span class=\"highlight\">Selecting a contact person<\/span> dialogue box. During shipping via JTL-PackingBench or JTL-WMS, you can access the information entered here or use the content in the templates.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-c-line-items\">Pane C: Line items <span id='anchor-pane-c-line-items' data-href='#pane-c-line-items' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>All items of the original sales order of the invoice correction are listed in the overview with data such as <span class=\"highlight\">Line item number<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Invoice line item<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order ID<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Line item type<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">SKU<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Quantity<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Line item name<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Net sales price<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Discount (%)<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">VAT<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Gross sales price<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Total gross<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Variation<\/span>. Right-click on a column header to configure the line item list.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-d-toolbar\">Pane D: Toolbar <span id='anchor-pane-d-toolbar' data-href='#pane-d-toolbar' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><strong>Search for items:<\/strong> Click on the button with the <span class=\"highlight\">magnifying glass<\/span> to search for the item you want to add to the line item list of the invoice correction.
