You can see the corresponding requests for quotations for your search in the overview.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Supplier:<\/b> In this search field you can search for <span class=\"highlight\">Company<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Company suffix<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Supplier ID<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Internal customer ID<\/span>. You can see the corresponding requests for quotations for your search in the overview.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Line item:<\/b> In this search field you can search for <span class=\"highlight\">SKU<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Item name<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">EAN<\/span>. You can see the corresponding requests for quotations for your search in the overview.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Unconfirmed only:<\/b> If you activate this check box, you will see all requests for quotations that have not received the <span class=\"highlight\">Confirmed<\/span> status.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Date selection:<\/b> You can use the date selection to select a specific time period for which the requests for quotations will be displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Relative time period drop-down menu:<\/b> In this drop-down menu, you can select a relative time period for which you will be shown the requests for quotations, for example, <span class=\"highlight\">Last 30 days<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-b-overview-of-requests-for-quotations\">Pane B: Overview of requests for quotations <span id='anchor-pane-b-overview-of-requests-for-quotations' data-href='#pane-b-overview-of-requests-for-quotations' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In the overview you can see all requests for quotations, if required filtered by the settings you have made in <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/beschaffung\/preisanfragen\/preisanfragen\/?preview_id=126589&amp;preview_nonce=c6f402681d&amp;_thumbnail_id=-1&amp;preview=true#bereich-a-such-und-filteroptionen\">Pane A<\/a><\/span>. Right-click on a request for quotation to open the context menu, which provides you with more options.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-c-toolbar\">Pane C: Toolbar <span id='anchor-pane-c-toolbar' data-href='#pane-c-toolbar' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>Create:<\/b> Click on this button to open the <span class=\"highlight\">Procurement<\/span> dialogue box and create a request for quotation.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Issue:<\/b> Click on this button to issue the selected request for quotation. The following options are available to you:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-wawi\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Print:<\/b> Issues the document via the printer that you created for the corresponding document type in the <span class=\"highlight\">Start menu &gt; Printer<\/span>.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Fax:<\/b> Faxes the document to the fax number stored in the request for quotation. Specifies the fax machine to be used in the <span class=\"highlight\">Start menu &gt; Printer<\/span> in the <span class=\"highlight\">Fax machine<\/span> column.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Email:<\/b> Sends the document by email to the email address specified in the request for quotation.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Save:<\/b> Saves the document as a PDF.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Export:<\/b> Exports the data to a predefined format. In the <span class=\"highlight\">Procurement<\/span> dialogue box, you can edit the request for quotation.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Delete:<\/b> The request for quotation will be deleted if you confirm with <span class=\"highlight\">Yes<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Duplicate:<\/b> Creates a new request for quotation based on the selected request for quotation. You can edit these before saving, for example to add more items or to delete unnecessary items from the request for quotation.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Generate purchase order:<\/b> Generates a purchase order from the request for quotation. The request for quotation is no longer available in the overview list.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-d-detailed-view-of-the-requests-for-quotations\">Pane D: Detailed view of the requests for quotations <span id='anchor-pane-d-detailed-view-of-the-requests-for-quotations' data-href='#pane-d-detailed-view-of-the-requests-for-quotations' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In this area you can see an overview of all items in the selected request for quotation.
