You can then filter by delivery note ID later on.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Purchase order ID:<\/b>&nbsp;If you perform the goods receipt for a purchase order, you can search for a specific order using the purchase order ID.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Inv. corr.:<\/b>&nbsp;If the goods receipt belongs to an invoice correction, you can enter the invoice correction ID here to find the respective invoice correction.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Goods receipt w\/o PO:<\/b>&nbsp;If you want to post goods without reference, you can use this field to search for an identification number or look up the item using the&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">&#8230;<\/span> button.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Supplier:<\/b>&nbsp;Here you can search for a specific supplier with whom you still have an open purchase order.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-b-selection\">Pane B: Selection <span id='anchor-pane-b-selection' data-href='#pane-b-selection' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here you can see a list of all items for which you can currently perform a goods receipt. This list depends on which preselection you have made in pane A.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Apply selection:<\/b>&nbsp;Select the items in the list for which you want to perform a goods receipt. By default, all items are selected. Click&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Apply selection<\/span> to add the items to the&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Preview<\/span>&nbsp;pane.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Deselect all line items:<\/b>&nbsp;Deselects all line items in the list.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Hide applied line items:<\/b>&nbsp;Removes all items from the list that have already been applied.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Edit when applying:<\/b> If the check box is activated, the dialogue box for editing opens automatically.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-c-preview-goods-receipt\">Pane C: Preview goods receipt <span id='anchor-pane-c-preview-goods-receipt' data-href='#pane-c-preview-goods-receipt' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here you can see a list of all items that have already been applied.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Edit:<\/b>\u00a0Opens the\u00a0<span class=\"highlight\">Editing goods receipt<\/span> dialogue box for a selected item. Here you can adjust the delivered quantity and add comments.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Remove selected:<\/b>&nbsp;Removes the selected items from the&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Preview<\/span>. You can then add them back to the list.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Print labels:<\/b>&nbsp;Opens the&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Printing item labels<\/span> dialogue box. Specify the number of item labels to be printed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-d-other-buttons\">Pane D: Other buttons <span id='anchor-pane-d-other-buttons' data-href='#pane-d-other-buttons' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>Print labels after goods receipt:<\/b>&nbsp;Automatically prints the required number of item labels as soon as the goods receipt is posted.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Post:<\/b>&nbsp;Posts the goods receipt as configured and closes the&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Performing goods receipts<\/span> dialogue box.
