At this point, you can still make changes to the A\/P invoice.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Posted:<\/b> Invoices that have been posted cannot be edited. The entered purchase prices directly influence the average purchase price in the item master data of the posted line items. However, posted invoices have not yet been paid and may have to be approved for payment.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Completed:<\/b> A\/P invoices receive the status <span class=\"highlight\">Completed<\/span> when they have been marked as paid.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-b-search-and-filter-options\">Pane B: Search and filter options <span id='anchor-pane-b-search-and-filter-options' data-href='#pane-b-search-and-filter-options' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here you can filter the A\/P invoices or search for specific invoices.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Invoice ID:<\/b> Here you can enter a specific invoice ID to search for it. You can use both the external document number and your internal invoice ID.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Item\/Sales order:<\/b> Here you can look for the name of an item, its SKU or a sales order ID.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>All suppliers\/Supplier selection:<\/b> Here you can select whether you want to display the invoices of all suppliers or of a specific supplier.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Date filter:<\/b> Here you can set a specific time period for displaying invoices.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-c-list-of-a-p-invoices\">Pane C: List of A\/P invoices <span id='anchor-pane-c-list-of-a-p-invoices' data-href='#pane-c-list-of-a-p-invoices' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here you can view all A\/P invoices that match the selected status and filter.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-d-toolbar\">Pane D: Toolbar <span id='anchor-pane-d-toolbar' data-href='#pane-d-toolbar' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>New:<\/b> Creates a new A\/P invoice for which you can enter all data manually. This option is useful for A\/P invoices that have not been generated on the basis of purchase orders from JTL-Wawi.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Open:<\/b> Opens a selected A\/P invoice for editing (status <span class=\"highlight\">Open<\/span>) or for viewing (status <span class=\"highlight\">Posted<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Completed<\/span>).<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Pay:<\/b> Opens the <span class=\"highlight\">Paying A\/P invoices<\/span> dialogue box. Here you can specify how and when what amount was paid. The requirement for this is that the <span class=\"highlight\">Approved for payment<\/span> option is activated for the invoice. Fully paid invoices automatically change to the status <span class=\"highlight\">Complete<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Delete:<\/b> Deletes a selected invoice from the list. Information, such as the last purchase price for the item, is retained.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Additional costs administration:<\/b> Opens the <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/einkauf\/zusatzkostenverwaltung\/\">Additional costs administration<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-e-a-detailed-view-of-a-p-invoices\">Pane E: A detailed view of A\/P invoices <span id='anchor-pane-e-a-detailed-view-of-a-p-invoices' data-href='#pane-e-a-detailed-view-of-a-p-invoices' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here you can see all items of an A\/P invoice.
