You can reach this area by clicking on the <span class=\"highlight\">Procurement<\/span>\u00a0icon in JTL-Wawi and selecting\u00a0<span class=\"highlight\">Purchase orders<\/span> in the category structure.<\/p>\n<p>Purchase orders help you get an overview of your purchasing. Here you can filter purchase orders and drop shipping orders by different statuses and create and output backorder reminders.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"status-for-purchase-orders\">Status for purchase orders <span id='anchor-status-for-purchase-orders' data-href='#status-for-purchase-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>The first 5 folders are statuses for purchase orders.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Open:<\/b> If you work with approvals for purchase orders, all purchase orders initially end up in the <span class=\"highlight\">Open<\/span> folder. Learn how to activate approvals for purchase orders: <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/einkauf\/einstellungen-fuer-lieferantenbestellungen\/\">Settings for purchase orders<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Approved:<\/b> Once an open purchase order has been approved or if you work without approvals, it ends up in the <span class=\"highlight\">Approved<\/span> folder. Purchase orders in this folder have not yet been sent to the supplier. As soon as you place an order in the <span class=\"highlight\">Approved<\/span> folder using the <span class=\"highlight\">Issue<\/span> button, it will be moved to the <span class=\"highlight\">Being processed<\/span> status.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Being processed:<\/b> Here you can find all purchase orders that are currently placed with the supplier and whose delivery you are still awaiting.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Partially delivered:<\/b> Here you can find purchase orders for which at least one item has already been delivered and at least one item is still pending.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Completed:<\/b> Here you will find all purchase orders that have been delivered completely.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"overdue\">Overdue <span id='anchor-overdue' data-href='#overdue' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>In this folder you will find purchase orders that have not yet been delivered or have not yet been delivered in full.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"backorder-reminders\">Backorder reminders <span id='anchor-backorder-reminders' data-href='#backorder-reminders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>In this folder you will find all backorder reminders for purchase orders that have not yet been delivered and can issue them. Read more about Drop shipping: <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/versand\/auslieferung-via-dropshipping\/\">Delivery via Drop shipping<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Drop shipping (Open):<\/b> Here you can find all drop shipping orders that have not yet been transferred to the drop shipping supplier.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Drop shipping (Sent):<\/b> As soon as an order has been issued or manually processed, it ends up in the <span class=\"highlight\">Sent<\/span> status.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Drop shipping (Completed):<\/b> Here you can find all drop shipping orders that have been shipped by your drop shipping supplier and thus have been completed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"area-b-search-and-filter-options\">Area B: Search and filter options <span id='anchor-area-b-search-and-filter-options' data-href='#area-b-search-and-filter-options' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In this area, depending on the selected folder, you can use the <span class=\"highlight\">Transaction<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Supplier<span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\">, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"highlight\">Line item<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Customer<\/span> search fields, which you can use to search your purchase orders by entering various criteria. <span class=\"ui-provider aca b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">You can further narrow your search in each search field via the drop-down menu. <span class=\"ui-provider xg b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">You can use the buttons next to the search field to update the search or delete the search field entry.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t<p><b>Transaction:<\/b> Depending on which check box you activate, you can search for the <span class=\"highlight\">Purchase order ID<\/span>, the <span class=\"highlight\">Reference purchase order ID<\/span> and the <span class=\"highlight\">External document number<\/span> as well as activate the <span class=\"highlight\">Exact search<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Supplier:<\/b> Depending on which check box you activate, you can search for the <span class=\"highlight\">Company<\/span>, the <span class=\"highlight\">Company suffix<\/span>, the <span class=\"highlight\">Supplier ID<\/span> and your <span class=\"highlight\">Internal customer ID<\/span>, as well as activate the <span class=\"highlight\">Exact search<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Line item:<\/strong> Depending on which check box you activate, you can search for the <span class=\"highlight\">SKU<\/span>, the <span class=\"highlight\">Item name<\/span> and the <span class=\"highlight\">EAN<\/span> as well as activate the <span class=\"highlight\">Exact search<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Customer:<\/strong> Depending on which check box you activate, you can search for the <span class=\"highlight\">Customer ID<\/span>, the <span class=\"highlight\">First or last name<\/span> and the <span class=\"highlight\">Shipping address<\/span> of drop shipping orders as well as activate the <span class=\"highlight\">Exact search<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Unconfirmed only:<\/strong> You can also view unconfirmed orders only. Activate the <span class=\"highlight\">Unconfirmed only<\/span> check box to do this.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p>You can also filter the searched orders by time period. <span class=\"ui-provider aca b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Open the drop-down menu under the date display to set the time period.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<p><b>Last 30 days<\/b><strong>:<\/strong> The orders of the last 30 days are displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Last 90 days<\/b><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0The orders of the last 90 days are displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Last 360 days:<\/strong>\u00a0The orders of the last 360 days are displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Year:<\/b>\u00a0If you use the year filter, you can select the year. All purchase orders of the specified year are displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Month:<\/b>\u00a0If the month filter is used, all purchase orders of the specified month are displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Day:<\/b>\u00a0If the day filter is used, all purchase orders of the specified day are displayed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Deactivate date filter<\/strong>: Deactivates the date filter.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b><\/b>\u00a0<strong>Show all:<\/strong>\u00a0All purchase orders are displayed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"section-c-list-of-purchase-orders\">Section C: List of purchase orders <span id='anchor-section-c-list-of-purchase-orders' data-href='#section-c-list-of-purchase-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In the list you can see a list of all purchase orders, possibly filtered using the specified filters. Here you can create a new purchase order. Here you can edit the existing purchase order.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Delete:<\/b> Click <span class=\"highlight\">Delete<\/span> to delete an order. <b>Purchase orders can only be deleted if they have not been sent yet.<\/b><\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Duplicate:<\/b> A purchase order is created again with the same settings of the selected purchase order.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Goods receipt:<\/b> Opens the <span class=\"highlight\">Performing goods receipt<\/span> dialogue box. Here you can post your received purchase orders in your warehouse. Read more: <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/warehouses\/performing-goods-receipts\/\">Carrying out goods receipt<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Backorder reminder:<\/b> Opens the <span class=\"highlight\">Advanced output settings<\/span> dialogue box. Here you can select the print template for the backorder reminders and then print them, send them by email or fax.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Despatch advice:<\/b> Opens the <span class=\"highlight\">Despatch advice<\/span> dialogue box, in which you can add and edit a despatch advice. For more information on this topic, go here: <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/procurement\/creating-a-despatch-advice\/\">Despatch advice<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Completed:\u00a0<\/strong>Sets the selected purchase order to the <span class=\"highlight\">Completed<\/span> status.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Approved:\u00a0<\/strong>If you work with approvals, you can approve purchase orders here.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Set to <\/b><strong>&#8216;Being processed&#8217;<\/strong><b>:<\/b> Here you can change the status of the selected order to <span class=\"highlight\">Being processed<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>A\/P invoice:<\/b> Select either <span class=\"highlight\">All line items<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Delivered line items only<\/span>. The <span class=\"highlight\">Creating A\/P invoices<\/span> dialogue box opens. The selected line items are included in the A\/P invoice. For this purpose, working with A\/P invoices must be activated. To do this, click on the black arrow and select <span class=\"highlight\">Confirmed<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Unconfirmed<\/span>. The status of the selected purchase order is changed accordingly.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Change warehouse:<\/b> The <span class=\"highlight\">Assigning warehouses<\/span> dialogue box opens. Here you can change the warehouse for the selected purchase order. This is not possible for purchase orders that have the status <span class=\"highlight\">Being processed<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Completed<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Open order:<\/b> This option is only available for drop shipping orders and opens the customer&#8217;s original order.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Add undelivered items to purchase list:<\/b> Adds the items of the order that have not been delivered yet to the purchase list. To do this, first select the document you want to issue.
