Click on the black arrow symbol to narrow your search.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Supplier filter:<\/b> Select a supplier from the drop-down menu. In the list view, you will then only see the items for which the selected supplier was saved.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Warehouse filter:<\/b> Select a warehouse from the drop-down menu. In the list view, you will then only see the items that are intended for the selected warehouse.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-b-list-of-items\">Pane B: List of items <span id='anchor-pane-b-list-of-items' data-href='#pane-b-list-of-items' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>By default, all items that have been added to the purchase list are displayed here. If you have made settings in the search and filter options (Pane A), only the items that fit your search and filter options are displayed in this list.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-c-toolbar\">Pane C: Toolbar <span id='anchor-pane-c-toolbar' data-href='#pane-c-toolbar' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>Delete: <\/b>If you click this button, the items selected in the list view are removed from the purchase list.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Select default supplier:<\/b> Clicking on the small black arrow in the <span class=\"highlight\">Select default supplier<\/span> button opens a context menu. There you can choose between the following options:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-wawi\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<strong>Select default supplier:<\/strong> The supplier that has been entered in the item master data as a default supplier is selected.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<strong>Select fastest supplier:<\/strong> The fastest supplier is also determined by the supplier item assignment. If no supplier item assignment has been filled in, the delivery time is used as a criterion based on the average delivery time of the supplier. There are two ways to determine the delivery time for the supplier:\t<\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"setting-delivery-times-in-the-item-master-data\">Setting delivery class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tSwitch to the <span class=\"highlight\">Suppliers<\/span> tab.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tEnter the delivery time into the <span A quantity of 10 must therefore be purchased from Supplier B in order to receive this scale price.<\/p>\n\t<p>The purchase list checks this and determines the cheapest supplier.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>If we want to order five items only, Supplier A will be awarded the contract.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>If we want to purchase more than 10 items, Supplier B wins the contract<\/b>.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-wawi\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<strong>Select specific supplier: <\/strong>You can manually select a specific supplier.\t<\/li><\/ul>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;
