The units can also be changed under <span class=\"highlight\">Gear icon &gt; Default<\/span>. There you can select the display mode (<span class=\"highlight\">Quarter, Year, Month, Week<\/span>) and the comparison value <span class=\"highlight\">Compare with<\/span> (<span class=\"highlight\">previous, one year ago, previous years<\/span>).<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"open-sales-orders\">Open sales orders <span id='anchor-open-sales-orders' data-href='#open-sales-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>All open orders with sales order IDs and dates are listed here. Further settings can be made in the widget settings under <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span>.<\/p>\n\t<p>If you tick the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. The list can be extended.\u00a0In the widget settings, activate the check box next to the desired option.<\/p>\n\t<p>Furthermore, you can set that only sales orders older than X days are displayed. To do this, click the <span class=\"highlight\">up arrow<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">down arrow<\/span> next to <span class=\"highlight\">Sales orders older than (in days)<\/span> to set the number of days.<\/p>\n\t<p>Under <span class=\"highlight\">Advanced<\/span>, you can give the widget any title and subtitle. You can also enable the check mark next to <span class=\"highlight\">Show chart<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Show list<\/span> to display the values as a chart or a list. The <span class=\"highlight\">Tracking mode<\/span> can be used to set whether the data is retrieved hourly or daily.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"unpaid-sales-orders\">Unpaid sales orders <span id='anchor-unpaid-sales-orders' data-href='#unpaid-sales-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>All\u00a0<i>unpaid<\/i>\u00a0sales orders with sales order IDs and creation dates are listed here.<\/p>\n\t<p>By ticking the box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names of customers<\/span>, you can display the full name of the customer in the list.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"expired-special-prices\">Expired special prices <span id='anchor-expired-special-prices' data-href='#expired-special-prices' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>This widget shows you all expired special prices with item name and SKU. Under <span class=\"highlight\">Settings &gt; Default<\/span> you have the option to display the item name or\/and the SKU.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"sales-orders-from-blocked-customers\">Sales orders from blocked customers <span id='anchor-sales-orders-from-blocked-customers' data-href='#sales-orders-from-blocked-customers' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here, all sales orders from blocked customers are listed with the sales order ID, date, name, and amount. In the default settings of the widget, you can determine which data will be shown. Just put a check mark next to the desired option. Here you can also specify whether to set <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>. In\u00a0 the<span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"> <a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-wawi\/customers\/dialogue-box-customer-master-data\/\">Customer management<\/a><\/span>, you can learn how to block a customer.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"sales-orders-without-shipping-method\">Sales orders without shipping method <span id='anchor-sales-orders-without-shipping-method' data-href='#sales-orders-without-shipping-method' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here, the sales orders that have not yet been assigned a shipping method are displayed with the sales order ID and creation date. You can view more information on sales orders.<\/p>\n\t<p>To do this, go to the settings, to the <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span> area and activate the check box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By enabling the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names for customers<\/span>,it is also possible to view the customer&#8217;s first and last name in the widget list. When <span class=\"highlight\">Show amount<\/span> is enabled, the amount of the sales order is displayed. Under <span class=\"highlight\">Advanced<\/span>, you also have the option to change the title or subtitle of the widget.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"non-deliverable-sales-orders\">Non-deliverable sales orders <span id='anchor-non-deliverable-sales-orders' data-href='#non-deliverable-sales-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>All sales orders that cannot be delivered are listed here with sales order ID and date. In the widget settings under <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span>, you will find further settings. To do this, go to the settings, to the <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span> area and activate the check box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By ticking the box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names of customers<\/span>, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When <span class=\"highlight\">Show amount<\/span> is enabled, the amount of the sales order is displayed. Furthermore, you can specify that only unpaid orders older than X days are displayed. For example, if you set the number to <i>7<\/i>, only all paid and undeliverable sales orders older than seven days will be listed. You can also find the information in the widget subtitle.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"open-express-sales-orders\">Open express sales orders <span id='anchor-open-express-sales-orders' data-href='#open-express-sales-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>All open express sales orders with sales order ID and date are listed here. To make further settings, go to the settings, in the <span class=\"highlight\"><i>Default<\/i>\u00a0<\/span> area and activate the check box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By ticking the box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names of customers<\/span>, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When you activate <span class=\"highlight\">Show amount<\/span>, the amount of the sales order is also displayed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"sales-orders-per-platform\">Sales orders per platform <span id='anchor-sales-orders-per-platform' data-href='#sales-orders-per-platform' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>This widget shows all sales orders per platform or online shop as a bar chart. All platforms are listed next to each other in the horizontal axis. The bars show the distribution of the number of sales orders on the different platforms or online shops. The top dashed line shows you the highest number of completed sales orders. The bottom line shows you the average value of the number of completed sales orders. You can also display the number of completed sales orders per platform\/online shop. To do this, go to the widget setting, in the <span class=\"highlight\">Advanced<\/span> area and activate the check box next to <span class=\"highlight\">Bar label<\/span>. Refresh the data by going to <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span> and clicking <span class=\"highlight\">Reload data<\/span>. Now the number of completed sales orders of the respective platform or online shop appears on each bar.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"due-subscriptions\">Due subscriptions <span id='anchor-due-subscriptions' data-href='#due-subscriptions' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>This widget displays all due subscriptions in a list, with the sales order ID, interval, and end date. In the settings, in the <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span> area, you can refresh the data any time by clicking <span class=\"highlight\">Reload data<\/span>. For more information on the topic of <span class=\"highlight\">Due subscriptions<\/span>, go here: <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/shipping-due-subscriptions\/\">Shipping due subscriptions<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"processing-time-of-sales-orders\">Processing time of sales orders <span id='anchor-processing-time-of-sales-orders' data-href='#processing-time-of-sales-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here you can see the processing time of sales orders as a bar chart. Under <span class=\"highlight\">Settings<\/span>, in the <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span> area, you can choose between the grouping <span class=\"highlight\">Shipping method<\/span>\u00a0and <span class=\"highlight\">Platform<\/span>. You can also set which time period you would like to view by clicking on the arrows next to <span class=\"highlight\">The last days<\/span>. If you have selected the <span class=\"highlight\">Platform<\/span> grouping, all platforms are listed next to each other on the horizontal axis. For an overview of shipping methods, open the widget again and set the grouping to <span class=\"highlight\">Shipping method<\/span>. The bars show the average processing time of sales orders per platform or per shipping method. The upper dashed line shows you the maximum processing time of sales orders (in hours). The bottom line shows the overall average of the processing time. In addition, you can display the processing time of sales orders per platform\/shipping method. To do this, go to the widget settings, in the <span class=\"highlight\">Advanced<\/span> section and activate the check box next to <span class=\"highlight\">Bar label<\/span>. Refresh the data by going to <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span> in the widget settings and clicking <span class=\"highlight\">Reload data<\/span>. Now the average number of hours appears as a numerical value above each bar.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"sales-orders-without-payment-method\">Sales orders without payment method <span id='anchor-sales-orders-without-payment-method' data-href='#sales-orders-without-payment-method' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>This widget shows you all sales orders for which no payment method has been stored, with sales order ID and creation date. In the widget settings under <span class=\"highlight\">Default<\/span>, you will find further settings. Check the box next to the desired option. If you tick the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By ticking the box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names of customers<\/span>, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When <span class=\"highlight\">Show amount<\/span>\u00a0is activated, the amount of the sales order is displayed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"sales-orders-with-sales-order-colours\">Sales orders with sales order colours <span id='anchor-sales-orders-with-sales-order-colours' data-href='#sales-orders-with-sales-order-colours' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Here, all sales orders with a certain colour coding are listed with the sales order ID and date depending on the sales order.<\/p>\n\t<p>First, go to the settings under <span class=\"highlight\">Default <\/span>and select a sales order colour under <span class=\"highlight\">Colour<\/span>. If you have grouped a part of the sales orders into &#8220;unresolved address errors&#8221;, for example, all sales orders with unresolved address errors will now be listed. Due to the different colour coding, your sales orders can be grouped into useful groups. For more information on colour coding, please go\u00a0<span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" title=\"Creating sales order colours in JTL-Wawi\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/defining-sales-order-colours\/\">here<\/a><\/span>. If you enable the check box <span class=\"highlight\">Colour as the title background<\/span>, the title of the widget will also be displayed in the same colour coding as the sales order colour. By ticking the check box <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the entire row is highlighted in the sales order colour. By activating the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names of customers<\/span>, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When <span class=\"highlight\">Show amount<\/span>\u00a0is activated, the amount of the sales order is displayed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center\" id=\"partially-deliverable-sales-orders\">Partially deliverable sales orders <span id='anchor-partially-deliverable-sales-orders' data-href='#partially-deliverable-sales-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>All partially deliverable sales orders are listed here with the date and sales order ID. In the default settings, you can specify even more options. If you activate the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Sales order colour as row colour<\/span>, the row is highlighted in the colour of the respective sales order. By activating the check box for <span class=\"highlight\">Show customer names<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Show first names of customers<\/span><i>\u00a0<\/i>, you can display the full name of the customer in the widget list. When <span class=\"highlight\"><i>Show amount<\/i><\/span> is activated, the amount of the sales order is displayed.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"availability-requests\">Availability requests <span id='anchor-availability-requests' data-href='#availability-requests' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>This widget lists all availability requests by customers. In the default settings of the widget, you can specify that the SKU and item name are to be displayed. Just tick the check box next to the desired options.
