If the UPC is preceded by a zero, the number chain can be used as a valid 13-digit GTIN.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>UN number:<\/strong> The UN number is a four-digit number that applies to all hazardous materials and dangerous goods. It is assigned by a United Nations (UN) Committee of Experts. It is the lower number on the orange danger panels of dangerous goods transports and describes the composition or type of the transported goods.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>TARIC code:<\/strong> The TARIC code is a 10-digit code that originates from the Integrated Tariff of the European Communities (TARIC) and is required for uniform customs treatment in all Member States when importing into the EU or exporting goods from the EU. TARIC databases can be accessed online.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>My ID:<\/strong> In this field, you can create an individual ID for the item, for example, if you want to ensure a unique assignment within your database when importing item data with JTL-DataTransfer. For more information on importing items with JTL-DataTransfer <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/jtl-ameise\/uebersicht-ueber-jtl-ameise\/\">click here<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Amazon FNSKU:<\/strong> The Amazon FNSKU (Fulfilment Network Stock Keeping Unit) is a product identifier used by Amazon logistics centres to identify items. The same FNSKU identifier can be assigned to multiple items with tracked stock (SKUs). With this identifier, which is printed on the labels of the item, Amazon can identify any item that is sent to Amazon by the seller.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Hazard identification number:<\/strong> The hazard identification number is a two- to three-digit number used to identify the hazard that is specified for all hazardous substances. It is the top number on the orange danger panels of dangerous goods transports and describes the hazard that is presented by the transported goods.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Country of origin:<\/strong> Enter the country of origin of your item in this field if required by customs clearance.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Item type:<\/strong> In the drop-down menu, select the item type of your item. You can choose from the following: <span class=\"highlight\">Cardboard<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Voucher Digital<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Voucher Physical<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Availability<\/strong>: In the drop-down menu, select when your item is available.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"check-boxes\">Check boxes <span id='anchor-check-boxes' data-href='#check-boxes' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p><strong>Add to price list: <\/strong>If you are working with lists to showcase your product range or with price lists, you can activate this check box and thus ensure that the selected item is included on your product range list or price list. Via the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Sales<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"highlight\">Price list<\/span>, you can adjust settings regarding your price list in the dialogue box <span class=\"highlight\">Printing a price list<\/span>. Click <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/einkauf\/bestellvorschlaege-fuer-lieferantenbestellungen-generieren\/\">here<\/a><\/span> for more information on purchase order proposals.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Ignore discounts: <\/strong>Activate this check box if you want to ignore all discounts for the selected item.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"text-fields\">Text fields <span id='anchor-text-fields' data-href='#text-fields' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p><strong>Comment:<\/strong> In this text field, you can add an additional info text to your item if required.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Search terms for online shop: <\/strong> If you want your item to be found in the JTL-Shop when a customer searches for terms that are not part of the item name or the item description, you can enter these special search terms in this text field. Specify the terms continuously and only separated by spaces. After successful transfer, your online shop will list the item for the specified search terms.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"b-cross-selling-tab\">B: Cross-selling tab <span id='anchor-b-cross-selling-tab' data-href='#b-cross-selling-tab' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Cross-selling allows you to offer your customers additional items, such as matching accessories, in addition to the called-up item. Through a prominent display at suitable points close to the main item or during the purchase process, the sales opportunities of the cross-selling items increase enormously.<\/p>\n\t<p>In JTL-Shop, the cross-selling items are displayed in a separate box below the item description on the product detail page.<\/p>\n\t<p>With JTL-Wawi, you can create any number of cross-selling links and organise them into clear groups.<\/p>\n\t<p>You can open the dialogue box <span class=\"highlight\">Creating and editing cross-selling groups<\/span>&nbsp;via the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Items<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"highlight\">Cross-selling groups<\/span> in JTL-Wawi. In the adjacent <span class=\"highlight\">Items in group<\/span> area, you can open the <span class=\"highlight\">Searching for items<\/span> dialogue box via <span class=\"highlight\">Add<\/span> and select the desired items by double-clicking.<\/p>\n\t<p>Below the panes <span class=\"highlight\">Groups<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Items in group<\/span>, you can delete your group or item entries using <span class=\"highlight\">Remove<\/span>. Please note that if you delete a cross-selling group, all assigned cross-selling items will also be deleted.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"transferring-cross-selling-links-to-other-items\">Transferring cross-selling links to other items <span id='anchor-transferring-cross-selling-links-to-other-items' data-href='#transferring-cross-selling-links-to-other-items' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>In the item overview, right-click on the item whose cross-selling properties you want to copy. In the context menu, select the option <span class=\"highlight\">Copy item\/master data<\/span>. Then select another item in the item overview and right-click on it to open the <span class=\"highlight\">context menu<\/span>. Now select the option <span class=\"highlight\">Insert item master data<\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"b-vouchers-tab\">B: Vouchers tab <span id='anchor-b-vouchers-tab' data-href='#b-vouchers-tab' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>If your item is a voucher, you can adjust different settings in the <span class=\"highlight\">Vouchers<\/span> tab. To do this, you must first consider the following points:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-wawi\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-check\"><\/span>\t\tIn the item master data, you have to activate <span class=\"highlight\">Inventory management<\/span> in the tab <span class=\"highlight\">General<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"highlight\">Warehouse<\/span>.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-check\"><\/span>\t\tIn the item master data, you have to activate the check box <span class=\"highlight\">Item with serial number<\/span> in the tab <span class=\"highlight\">General<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"highlight\">Storage options<\/span>.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-check\"><\/span>\t\tIn the item master data, in the tab <span class=\"highlight\">Other<\/span> in the drop-down menu <span class=\"highlight\">Item type<\/span>, you have to select either <span class=\"highlight\">Voucher Digital<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Voucher Physical<\/span>.\t<\/li><\/ul>\t<p>If the voucher item meets the listed requirements, you can make the following settings in the tab:<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Output method:<\/strong> In this drop-down menu you can decide whether you want to <span class=\"highlight\">Print<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Email<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Print and Email<\/span> the voucher.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Voucher type:<\/strong> Use this drop-down menu to specify whether it is a <span class=\"highlight\">Single-purpose voucher<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Multi-purpose voucher<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Template set:<\/strong> In this drop-down menu you determine which template set you want to use. Read more on the topic <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/vorlagen\/vorlagensets-erstellen\/\">here<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Campaign:<\/strong> If you use vouchers as part of a certain campaign, you can enter the name of the campaign in this text field.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Voucher value:<\/strong> Enter the value of the voucher in this field. If you activate the check box <span class=\"highlight\">Value from transaction (sales order\/invoice correction)<\/span>, the corresponding value for this voucher is automatically applied.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Currency:<\/strong> In this drop-down menu, select the appropriate currency for the voucher.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"c-container-unit\">C: Container unit <span id='anchor-c-container-unit' data-href='#c-container-unit' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Often items are delivered by suppliers and wholesalers in larger container units. In the <span class=\"highlight\">Container unit<\/span> area, you can specify a specific container quantity (item quantity in the container) and your own container label, for example a different GTIN. Go <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-wawi\/items\/creating-measurement-units\/\">here<\/a><\/span> for more information on how to create units.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>UPC:<\/strong> Enter the container unit&#8217;s own UPC, if available, in this field.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"d-identification-numbers\">D: Identification numbers <span id='anchor-d-identification-numbers' data-href='#d-identification-numbers' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In the <span class=\"highlight\">Identification numbers<\/span> section, you can see the ePID and ASIN tabs.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"epid\">ePID <span id='anchor-epid' data-href='#epid' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p><span class=\"highlight\">ePID<\/span> stands for eBay Product ID and is used to uniquely identify eBay catalogue items. If you want to assign your own listing to a matching product from the eBay catalogue, enter the ePID number. This allows you to use product details such as standard image, product description and category IDs of the respective item. In addition, if available, item features from the eBay catalogue are automatically added to your listing.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"asin\">ASIN <span id='anchor-asin' data-href='#asin' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>Die <span class=\"highlight\">ASIN<\/span> steht f\u00fcr Amazon Standard Identification Number und ist eine zehnstellige, von Amazon vergebene Produktidentifikationsnummer. Nutzen und kopieren Sie diese Nummer, wenn Sie auf ein bestehendes Amazon-Angebot aufschalten m\u00f6chten.<\/p>\n\t<p>For items that you want to list on Amazon for the first time and for which there is no ASIN yet, you will need either the EAN\/GTIN, the ISBN or the UPC to clearly identify the item.
