You would like to give your customers the opportunity to rate purchased products.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"reviews\">Reviews <span id='anchor-reviews' data-href='#reviews' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>The review system offers your customers the possibility to rate\/grade every item in the online shop and leave comments.<\/p>\n\t<p>The review system is comparable to the systems used by eBay and Amazon. Registered customers have the opportunity to independently rate and review your products. Rated products can help other customers make purchasing decisions and tell prospective customers which products have been rated how by other customers. Customers also have the option of rating reviews from other customers as \u201chelpful\u201d or \u201cnot helpful\u201d. The most helpful reviews can be found more easily due to the sorting.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"how-can-items-be-rated\">How can items be rated? <span id='anchor-how-can-items-be-rated' data-href='#how-can-items-be-rated' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>On the item detail pages in your online shop, you will find the <span class=\"highlight\">Reviews<\/span> tab under the respective items. There the customer can see the previous reviews of the item (review details, number of reviews (both graphically and in text), the average rating, and comments).<\/p>\n\t<p>By clicking on the <span class=\"highlight\">Write a review<\/span> button, customers can rate the item. Read more on <span style=\"color: #5cbcf6;\"><a style=\"color: #5cbcf6;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-shop\/maintenance\/managing-activations\/\">Managing activations<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Number of customer reviews per page:<\/strong> Specify the maximum number of reviews displayed per page.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Default sorting:<\/strong> Set the default sorting here.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Show \u201cHelpful\u201d with customer review:<\/strong> Specify whether the option to rate reviews as \u201chelpful\u201d is to be visible.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Use customer review reminder:<\/strong> Specify whether to send a reminder, encouraging your customers to rate an item after purchase. Review reminders are only sent to newsletter recipients who have explicitly agreed to receiving newsletters (double opt-in). If you select &#8220;Yes&#8221;, each customer is reminded of the review regardless of the consent.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Allow customer review reminder only for:<\/strong> Specify the customer groups that will receive an email reminder about giving a customer review.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Granting credit<\/b> is optional. The use of the review system is also possible without any remuneration. For the allocation of credits, some settings must be activated before you can work with the credit system. The option <span class=\"highlight\">Grant credit bonus<\/span> must be activated. You cannot use the credit system without this option. In addition, you should make the desired settings for <span class=\"highlight\">Minimum text length for level 2<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Credit bonus for Level 1<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Credit bonus for level 2<\/span>. Optionally, you can also adjust the settings <span class=\"highlight\">Maximum remuneration per customer and month<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Allow customer review only for items already purchased<\/span>.<\/p>\n\t<p>In order to credit the customer, the setting <span class=\"highlight\">Activate customer reviews<\/span> must also be set to <span class=\"highlight\">Yes<\/span>, since credit can only be awarded for activated reviews.<\/p>\n<div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-shop\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-shop\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #5cbcf6;\"><b>Please note:\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Only the released review counts. That means that if you change the rating text, the text length of the changed review applies. Assume you have set the text length for level 2 to 160 characters: A customer writes a review with a comment of 200 characters. According to the required text length for level 2, 200 characters would give the customer the <span class=\"highlight\">credit bonus for level 2<\/span>. Should you now shorten the review text to 159 for some reason, the customer would fall back to the <span class=\"highlight\">credit bonus for level 1<\/span> and would thus receive a lower credit as expected when their review is activated.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Allow customer review only for items already purchased:<\/strong> Here you can specify whether items may only be rated if a customer has also purchased the item.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-shop normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tClick <span class=\"highlight\">Save<\/span> to apply the settings.<\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"editing-deleting-and-searching-for-reviews\">Editing, deleting and searching for reviews <span id='anchor-editing-deleting-and-searching-for-reviews' data-href='#editing-deleting-and-searching-for-reviews' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>In the <span class=\"highlight\">Active reviews<\/span> tab, you will find the reviews of all items in your online shop. Here you can subsequently change or delete them. If the <span class=\"highlight\">Active reviews<\/span> tab becomes cluttered with too many reviews, you have the option to go to the <span class=\"highlight\">Customer reviews for a particular item<\/span> tab and see how specific items are rated. Into the search field, enter the SKU or the name of the respective item and then click on the <span class=\"highlight\">Search<\/span> icon. The reviews can then be edited or deleted.<\/p>\n\t<p>There is an <span class=\"highlight\">Edit<\/span> button for every review in the right-hand column of each review. You can edit each field, e.g. the customer\u2019s name and the heading. Your customers will find this under each review in the <span class=\"highlight\">Reviews<\/span> section of your online shop.
