In the process, your data feed is checked for quality and errors and\u2014provided all guidelines on the part of Google are met\u2014transferred to Google Ads.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tIn your Ads account, you need to create a campaign via which your Google Shopping ads are billed.\t<\/li><\/ul>\t<p>This procedure offers you the highest possible efficiency when listing your products on Google Shopping.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"general-information\">General information <span id='anchor-general-information' data-href='#general-information' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Google Shopping is a product search by Google. Some parts of Google Shopping are fee-based and linked to Google Ads. However, results that appear in the Shopping tab of the Google search can also be listed there free of charge. Unlike the platforms eBay and Amazon connected via JTL-eazyAuction, where fees are only charged when a purchase happens, fees for Google already apply when someone clicks on your Google Shopping ad. You can specify the fee yourself. The higher the fee is, the further up your Google Shopping ad is listed in the Google search, which means that more potential customers will see your offer.<\/p>\n\t<p>Google calls this \u201cCost per Click (CpC)\u201d. A click on your ad forwards the user to your online shop. By default, this information is retrieved directly from the item. If you want to create your own source instead, e.g. for descriptions, you can create your own attribute in JTL-Wawi, which you maintain separately. You can then link it to the export in this tab.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-3-editing-the-export-format\">Step 3: Editing the export format <span id='anchor-step-3-editing-the-export-format' data-href='#step-3-editing-the-export-format' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>Now that the settings have been made, we can move on to exporting the data feed. An export format has already been created during the plug-in installation. This export format is <span class=\"highlight\">Google Shopping (Plugin)<\/span>. To make settings for this export format, select the edit icon in the corresponding line under <span class=\"highlight\">Actions<\/span>.<\/p>\n\t<p>Most of the settings in the export format settings have already been made and explained. Let&#8217;s just look at the most important settings.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Campaigns:<\/b> Since campaigns are very important with regard to Google&nbsp;Shopping, you will find a description of the campaign feature in JTL-Shop in the \u201cCampaigns\u201d section of this tutorial.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Export of child items:<\/b> If you work with variations, this option specifies whether <span class=\"highlight\">Parent and child items<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Parent item only<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Child item only<\/span> are exported. The default setting is <span class=\"highlight\">Export parent and child items<\/span>.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>File name<\/b>: Specify what the file name of the exported file should be. Note that Google Shopping expects the file to be a ZIP file. The default is \u201cgoogleshopping.zip\u201d. Separate export formats must be created for different countries.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Only items with stock over 0:<\/b> Set whether only items with stock over 0 are exported.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Only items with price over 0:<\/b> Set whether only items whose price is not 0 are exported.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Only items with description:<\/b> Set whether only items with a description are exported.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Character masking:<\/b> Some characters cannot be exported correctly due to incorrect character encoding. In the export for Google Shopping, all characters can be exported.
