You first need to make a contract with 1cs and then set it up in JTL-POS.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-1-getting-access-data-and-the-device\">Step 1: Getting access data and the device <span id='anchor-step-1-getting-access-data-and-the-device' data-href='#step-1-getting-access-data-and-the-device' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Before you can start setting up First Cash Solution as a payment provider in JTL-POS, you first need to register with First Cash Solution and buy an appropriate device over which payments can be carried out.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tGo to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.firstcashsolution.de\/jtl-pos\">First Cash Solution website<\/a>.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tSelect a device.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tThen, select a period of validity, fill in your information, and click on <span class=\"highlight\">Jetzt Ihr Terminal-Paket bestellen<\/span>\u00a0(Order your card terminal package now).<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tYou will then be contacted by First Cash Solution.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-2-purchase-module-in-jtl-customer-centre\">Step 2: Purchase module in JTL-Customer Centre <span id='anchor-step-2-purchase-module-in-jtl-customer-centre' data-href='#step-2-purchase-module-in-jtl-customer-centre' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> <\/span>If you still use the demo mode of JTL-POS, you must first register in the JTL-Customer Center before you can book the module.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tOpen the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kundencenter.jtl-software.de\/\"> JTL-Customer\u00a0Centre<\/a> and log in.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tNavigate to <span class=\"highlight\">Produkte &gt; Kassensystem &gt; Ger\u00e4teverwaltung<\/span>\u00a0(Products &gt; Cash register system&gt; Device management) and click on <span class=\"highlight\">Zahlungsanbieter buchen<\/span>\u00a0(Add payment provider).<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tSelect <span class=\"highlight\">First Cash Solution<\/span>. In a few minutes, your module will be available for set up in JTL-POS.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-3-preparing-the-card-reader\">Step 3: Preparing the card reader <span id='anchor-step-3-preparing-the-card-reader' data-href='#step-3-preparing-the-card-reader' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>First, you must connect the card reader to your network. A detailed step-by-step guide is shipped along with your card reader. Depending on your card reader\u2019s model, connect the card reader either to LAN or WLAN. We recommend connecting to LAN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingenico Desk\/3500<\/strong><br \/>\nThis model supports a cable network connection via <strong>LAN\u00a0<\/strong>or via <strong>WLAN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingenico Move\/3500<br \/>\n<\/strong>This model only supports wireless connections via <strong>WLAN<\/strong> 2.4 &amp; 5 GhZ or via GPRS.<br \/>\nTo connect via GPRS, you will need a SIM card. This is not included. If necessary, please contact First Cash Solution.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tConnect your card reader to your network. The connection must be made manually, depending on the configuration and type of your network (LAN or WLAN). Instructions are enclosed with your card reader.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tAdditionally, you must open ports 20002 and 20007 on the local network router.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p>You must then deactivate your card reader\u2019s sleep mode. When the card reader enters sleep mode, the connection to the cash register is interrupted and can only be restored by restarting the card reader.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tGo to <span class=\"highlight\">Funktionstaste (F) &gt; Einstellungen &gt; Kassiererkennwort eingeben &gt; Terminal &gt; Sleep-Modus<\/span>\u00a0(Function key [F] &gt; Settings &gt; Enter cashier password &gt; Terminal &gt; Sleep mode) and set it to <span class=\"highlight\">Aus<\/span>\u00a0(Off).<\/li><\/ol><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> <\/span>The following two settings may only be adjusted by a 1cs <strong>technician<\/strong> as a technician password is required.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<p><span class=\"highlight\">Operating mode<\/span>: The operation mode of your card reader must be set to <span class=\"highlight\">O.P.I.<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"highlight\">Print via register<\/span>: (optional) The technician can select if receipts are to be printed via the cash register or via the card reader.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-4-setup-in-jtl-pos\">Step 4: Setup in JTL-POS <span id='anchor-step-4-setup-in-jtl-pos' data-href='#step-4-setup-in-jtl-pos' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2><ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tIn JTL-POS, go to <span class=\"highlight\">Settings &gt; Payment methods<\/span>. The <span style=\"color: #336699;\"><a style=\"color: #336699;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-pos\/payments\/dialogue-box-manage-payment-methods\/\">Manage payment methods<\/a><\/span> dialogue box will open.<\/li><li >\n\tTap on <span class=\"highlight\">Create new payment method<\/span> <span class=\"highlight\">(plus icon)<\/span>. The <span class=\"highlight\">Edit payment method<\/span> dialogue box will open.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tEnter a <span class=\"highlight\">name<\/span> (e.g. card payment) and, optionally, a <span class=\"highlight\">description<\/span>. Under <span class=\"highlight\">DATEV accounts<\/span>, enter the number of your corresponding cash-in-transit chart of accounts. No. 1360 in the standard chart of accounts, for example.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tEnable the <span class=\"highlight\">Use payment provider<\/span> option.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tSelect the option <span class=\"highlight\">First Cash Solution<\/span>.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tScroll down and under <span class=\"highlight\">O.P.I. settings &gt; IP address<\/span>, enter the IP address of the card reader.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tEnter both <span class=\"highlight\">port<\/span> numbers. You can find the numbers in the information sheet shipped along with your card reader.\r\n\r\nFor <span class=\"highlight\">Port EcrRequest<\/span>: 20007\r\nFor <span class=\"highlight\">Port DeviceRequest<\/span>: 20002<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tEnable the option <span class=\"highlight\">Transaction settlement required<\/span> so that a transaction settlement will be carried out at least once a day.<\/li><\/ol><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Attention: <\/strong><\/span>Only activate the \u201cTransaction settlement required\u201d option <strong>either<\/strong> in JTL-POS <strong>or<\/strong> on the card reader!
