As soon as a sales order is reserved on a standard pick list and the <span class=\"highlight\">Shipping boxes<\/span> process is active, a shipping box is reserved for this order. The goods are then put into this box after picking. When all goods are in the box, the shipping documents are printed.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Quantity in box:<\/b> This is the number of items currently in the box.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Last modified:<\/b> This shows the date and time when the box last changed its status.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Box information:<\/b> This shows important information about the box. The following options are possible:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ml-5 list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-wms\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Partial delivery active:<\/b> This is displayed if the sales order is marked as <span class=\"highlight\">Teilliefern<\/span>\u00a0(Partial delivery) in the WMS shipping options in JTL-Wawi. An invoice is automatically printed for this sales order as soon as the goods are in the shipping box and there are no more goods on their way to the shipping box (i.e. when there are no more items to pick for this sales order).\t<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"ml-6 media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-wms\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-wms\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<b>Important:<\/b> Nevertheless, there may be unreserved goods in the sales order if, for example, there was no stock in the warehouse.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"ml-5 list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-wms\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Pre-picking:<\/b> This order was marked as <span class=\"highlight\">Vorkommissionieren<\/span>\u00a0(Pre-picking) in the WMS shipping options in JTL-Wawi. Sales orders are normally only reserved if the complete quantity of the sales order can be reserved. However, if an order is marked as <span class=\"highlight\">Pre-picking<\/span>, the order is partially reserved. However, invoices are not automatically printed once there are items in the shipping box. Invoice printing is still only triggered when all items are in the box or printing is triggered manually. The use of this option makes sense if the sales order can be completed by goods that will be delivered to the goods receipt in the near future.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Prioritised:<\/b> This sales order was prioritised using <span class=\"highlight\">Priorit\u00e4t \u00e4ndern<\/span>\u00a0(Change priority) in JTL-Wawi. These sales orders are put on pick lists before all other sales orders. Of course, this still only applies if the selected pick list template is suitable for the sales order and if there is sufficient stock.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Locked:<\/b> This order was locked in JTL-Wawi using <span class=\"highlight\">Lock<\/span> in the WMS shipping options. This order cannot be reserved on pick lists and cannot be packed unless the lock is removed again.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Not complete!:<\/b> The order is currently not complete and the invoice cannot be printed. This can be the case, for example, if there was not enough stock at any time during the picking process (inventory difference, defective items, mistaken pick, &#8230;). These orders will be added to the pick list the next time a suitable pick list template is run. After this, the \u201cNot complete!\u201d info disappears.\t<\/li><\/ul><hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Locked:<\/b> This indicates whether the box is currently locked. This is only possible when the box has the status \u201cDocuments printed\u201d. It is also possible to manually trigger printing for boxes that do not contain complete sales orders. However, this is only possible if no items on the pick list are still currently being picked. The sales order can now be partly shipped.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Reset status:<\/b> Sometimes sales orders for which the shipping documents have already been printed are not to be shipped after all. In this case, the status can be reset using this button. The status of the shipping box is then reset from \u201cDocuments printed\u201d to \u201cSales order assigned\u201d. The box is then given the status \u201clocked\u201d so that printing is not immediately restarted. The sales order can now no longer be packed and shipped via the packing dialogue. The documents that were printed before must be destroyed. Otherwise, the employee at the packing station will wonder why the documents were printed and the order cannot be packed.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Switch shipping box:<\/b> With this button the entire content of a box can be repacked into another box. This is useful, for example, if a box is too small for the items in the assigned sales order or the box is damaged. It is only possible to repack one box into an empty box or in a box that contains items of the same sales order.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Lock\/Unlock:<\/b> This button locks or unlocks the selected box.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Clear:<\/b> The contents of the box are cleared from the system and the pick list line items are deleted. This button can be used to reset a sales order that is not completely available. Afterwards the items must be removed from the box and posted to the warehouse again via an inbound posting or a free goods receipt.
