We will explain to you which invoicing options you have in the JTL-Fulfillment\u00a0Network and how to create the most important invoicing types.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"invoicing-types\">Invoicing types <span id='anchor-invoicing-types' data-href='#invoicing-types' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In principle, you can invoice any kind of service in the JTL-Fulfillment\u00a0Network. Fixed costs can also be included in invoicing. The framework contract that you concluded with your fulfilment customers will certainly be the decisive factor here. The types of invoicing mentioned below are usually in high demand. If you have special requirements, we recommend that you hire a service partner to set up the invoicing. They usually have a lot of experience in this field and can quickly achieve the desired result.<\/p>\n\t<p>Possible invoicing types and how to calculate them:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-fulfillment\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Storage costs:<\/b> You can set the storage costs according to various criteria such as the storage space occupied at the end of the day or month. Storage costs are incurred every day, variable costs are incurred depending on the actions carried out.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>W\u00f6chentlich<\/b> (Weekly): The invoice is created after 7 days at the end of day 7 at 23:59. Use <span class=\"highlight\">Beginn Intervall<\/span>\u00a0(Start interval) to specify which day should be the first day of the week.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Dekadisch<\/b> (Decadal): The invoice is created after 10 days at the end of day 10 at 23:59. Use <span class=\"highlight\">Beginn Intervall<\/span>\u00a0(Start interval) to specify the date on which the accounting period is to start.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Halbmonatlich<\/b> (Fortnightly): The invoice is created in the middle and at the end of the month. Use <span class=\"highlight\">Beginn Intervall<\/span>\u00a0(Start interval) to specify which day should be the first day of the accounting month.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Monatlich<\/b> (Monthly): The invoice is created exactly at the end of a month. Use <span class=\"highlight\">Beginn Intervall<\/span>\u00a0(Start interval) to specify which day should be the first day of the accounting month.\t<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"3\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tDefine a rule according to which the <span class=\"highlight\">accounting number<\/span> is created.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p>The accounting number consists of three parts:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-fulfillment\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Prefix<\/b>: This part is always placed at the beginning of each accounting number. It might, for example, be an abbreviation of the merchant&#8217;s name.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Consecutive number:<\/b> This results from the settings made under <span class=\"highlight\">Abrechnungszeitraum<\/span>\u00a0(Accounting period).\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Suffix:<\/b> This part is always placed at the end of each accounting number.\t<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-fulfillment\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-fulfillment\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<b>Please note:<\/b> Prefix and suffix can also be left empty. However, we recommend that you use at least one of the two fields so that you can assign unique accounting numbers to a fulfilment service provider.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tSpecify the <span class=\"highlight\">Modus der Bestandserfassung<\/span>\u00a0(Inventory recording mode).<\/li><\/ol>\t<p>Possible options are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-fulfillment\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>NichtErfassen<\/b> (NoRecording): No storage costs will be charged.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Abrechnungsende<\/b> (InvoiceCreation): The stock levels are recorded at the time of the invoice creation. It is irrelevant whether the stock levels were greater or smaller before that moment.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Tagesende<\/b> (End of day): Prices for a storage location are calculated every day at 23:59 and are included in the invoice. The basis for this calculation is the stock level at the end of the day.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>TagesendeMax<\/b> (EndOfDayMax): Prices for a storage location are calculated every day at 23:59 and are included in the invoice. The basis for this calculation is the maximum stock level of the day.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<b>Platzpauschale<\/b> (Storage location flat rate): All storage locations assigned to a merchant are charged irrespective of whether they were occupied or not. The assignment is made by assigning a price to all storage locations that are reserved for a merchant. The general procedure is always the same, so we will show you the normal procedure here using an accounting item for one rack space per m\u00b3.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tIn JTL-Wawi, create a new category for <span class=\"highlight\">Abrechnung<\/span>\u00a0(Invoicing), if necessary. In our case, we also created the subcategory <span class=\"highlight\">Lagerkosten<\/span>\u00a0(Storage costs). For a better overview, you can also create a separate invoicing category for each customer. You do not have to do anything else for this.
