The currency is relevant if your fulfilment service provider is to print the price of the items on one of the documents, for example the delivery note.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Marketplace programme:<\/strong> Specify here if the sales order refers to an order via one of the marketplace programmes (e.g. eBay Plus, Amazon Prime).<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Sales channel:<\/strong> Optionally, enter the channel through which the sales order was originally created (e.g. the name of your online shop).<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Desired delivery date:<\/strong> Specify here whether the sales order is to be delivered on a specific date. Otherwise, your fulfilment service provider will usually deliver the order as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Priority:<\/strong> Specify the sales order priority here. High-priority sales orders are delivered faster in the event of bottlenecks.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Shipping information\/Shipping option:<\/strong> Here you can either choose one of the shipping methods (shipping information) offered by your fulfilment service provider, or generally specify a desired shipping option, e.g. \u201cNext day\u201d or \u201cFaster delivery\u201d.  Your fulfilment service provider will then select the appropriate shipping method for this option.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Attributes:<\/strong> Here you can add further attributes to your sales order. Your fulfilment service provider will generally tell you whether you should add certain attributes here.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Documents:<\/strong> Here you can upload invoices, delivery notes, shipping labels, or other documents that your fulfilment service provider should enclose with your order.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-line-items\">Pane: Line items <span id='anchor-pane-line-items' data-href='#pane-line-items' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>You can use the search function to search for all items that you have created in the JTL-Fulfillment\u00a0Network (see <span style=\"color: #009688;\"><a style=\"color: #009688;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-fulfilment-network\/online-sellers-without-jtl-wawi\/creating-items-in-the-fulfillment-portal\/\">Creating items<\/a><\/span>). Please note that your fulfilment service provider can only deliver items that are in stock.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-address\">Pane: Address <span id='anchor-pane-address' data-href='#pane-address' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p><strong>Sender address\/Shipping address:<\/strong> Here you can search for a <span class=\"highlight\">Contact<\/span> in your address book. Alternatively, activate <span class=\"highlight\">Manual input<\/span> and enter a new address.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"pane-comment\">Pane: Comment <span id='anchor-pane-comment' data-href='#pane-comment' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>Here you can enter messages. The message to the service provider can, for example, be displayed at their PackingBench. The message to the customer, for instance, can be printed on delivery notes that your fulfilment service provider creates for you.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tClick&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Save<\/span>. The sales order will now be sent to your fulfilment service provider. Sales It is also added to your order list under <span class=\"highlight\">My operations &gt; Sales orders<\/span>.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"editing-or-cancelling-a-sales-order\">Editing or cancelling a sales order <span id='anchor-editing-or-cancelling-a-sales-order' data-href='#editing-or-cancelling-a-sales-order' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-fulfillment\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-fulfillment\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #009688;\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/span> You can edit or cancel sales orders as long as they are in the statuses <span class=\"highlight\">Open<\/span> or <span class=\"highlight\">Confirmed<\/span>. Once the status is <span class=\"highlight\">In progress<\/span>, you can no longer change the sales order.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<p>As long as a sales order has not yet been sent by your fulfilment service provider, you can still cancel it via the Fulfilment Portal.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tOpen the <span class=\"highlight\">Sales orders<\/span> page via <span class=\"highlight\">My operations &gt; Sales orders<\/span>.
