For items that are not yet listed on Amazon, you must first create a new listing.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tFor each item that you want to transfer to an FBA warehouse, the setting <span class=\"highlight\">Fulfillment by Amazon<\/span> must be activated in Seller Central.\t<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"general-procedure\">General procedure <span id='anchor-general-procedure' data-href='#general-procedure' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In general, a stock transfer from your fulfilment service provider to FBA does not differ much from a stock transfer from your own warehouse to FBA. We have already provided detailed instructions on this subject here: <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/warehouses\/stock-transfer-to-an-fba-warehouse\/\">Stock transfer to FBA from your own warehouse<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n\t<p>Follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tCreate a stock transfer from your fulfilment service provider to FBA.<\/li><li >\n\tWhile you create the stock transfer, create a delivery plan, too. This ensures that your stock transfer is divided into several stock transfers to separate Amazon destination warehouses.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p><b>ASN number:<\/b> When you create a delivery plan and the associated stock transfer, an ASN number is generated. Enter it into the field <span class=\"highlight\">Externe Number<\/span>&nbsp;(External number) in the stock transfer dialogue.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tShip the stocks to be transferred and carry out a fulfilment synchronisation. Your fulfilment service provider\u2019s system will now generate one sales order per destination warehouse.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p><b>ASN number:<\/b> The ASN number is displayed in the field <span class=\"highlight\">Attribute<\/span>\u00a0(Attribute) of the sales order. It looks like this: \u201cFBA ASN: {Number}\u201d<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tYour fulfilment service provider must find their own suitable workflow, which could look like this:<\/li><\/ol><ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-fulfillment\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tThe fulfilment service provider sets up a workflow that checks whether there is an ASN number in the field <span class=\"highlight\">Attribute<\/span>\u00a0(Attributes) of a sales order. With this workflow, they can create the sales order attribute \u201cFBA ASN\u201d with the ASN number as its value.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tThe fulfilment service provider also sets up a print template (e.g. the shipping label), which\u2014if a sales order attribute with an ASN number exists\u2014also prints the ASN number. This output is then issued for every package via PackingBench or WMS.\t<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"labelling-items-with-the-amazon-fnsku-before-shipping\">Labelling items with the Amazon FNSKU before shipping <span id='anchor-labelling-items-with-the-amazon-fnsku-before-shipping' data-href='#labelling-items-with-the-amazon-fnsku-before-shipping' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>As a rule, items sent to Amazon should be marked with the FNSKU before being shipped. This is done either in your warehouse before you send the items to your fulfilment service provider or at the fulfilment service provider&#8217;s warehouse.<\/p>\n\t<p>Your fulfilment service provider must have the FNSKU stored in the item master data to label items with it.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-fulfillment\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tIf the item already has an FNSKU before it is transferred to the fulfilment service provider for the first time, the FNSKU is transferred automatically. This might be the case if you had already stored the item with FBA before.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tIf you store an item via FBA for the first time, the FNSKU is created after the first transfer to the fulfilment service provider. Right-click on the item in the item management of JTL-Wawi and select the option <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-FFN &gt; Artikel einstellen\/aktualisieren<\/span>\u00a0(JTL-FFN &gt; Upload\/Update item). In the dialogue box that opens now, click <span class=\"highlight\">Einstellen\/Aktualisieren<\/span>\u00a0(Upload\/Update) once again to transmit the current item master data to the JTL-Fulfillment\u00a0Network. After synchronisation, the current data is also transmitted to your fulfilment service provider.\t<\/li><\/ul>\t<p>The labelling itself is carried out according to the normal process.
