Double-click on the item to open the item master data. Sales orders by customers cannot be reconstructed, but you can obtain the last stock levels and items from your partner.<\/p>\n\t<p>2 Sales orders delivered by you via the fulfilment warehouse have not yet been retrieved by the fulfilment service provider. These mismatching stock levels are automatically resolved during the next synchronisation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tIf the stocks have not aligned after the next automatic synchronisation, please trigger a manual <span class=\"highlight\">Bestandsabgleich<\/span>\u00a0(Stock synchronisation) on both sides.<\/li><\/ol><p class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi h6\">(Manual) stock synchronisation<\/p>\t<p>Now the stock levels of all items that you have transmitted to each other get synchronised again. In contrast, the normal synchronisation with the JTL-Fulfillment\u00a0Network only contains current changes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tYou should talk to each other on the phone during the process. Make sure that the system responsible for inventory management, i.e. JTL-Wawi used by the fulfilment service provider, is synchronised first. To do this, go to JTL-Wawi and open the dialogue box <span class=\"highlight\">Lager anlegen\/bearbeiten<\/span>\u00a0(Creating and editing warehouses) via the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Lager &gt; Lager<\/span>\u00a0(Warehouses &gt; Warehouses).
