You now want to set up a workflow that, firstly, notifies your fulfilment customer that an item has been returned and that, secondly, adds an accounting line item for the return.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-fulfillment\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-fulfillment\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<strong>Please note:<\/strong> The JTL-Fulfillment Network does not support an automated return process in the JTL-Wawi 1.5 version. This was changed in version JTL-Wawi 1.6. Therefore, when working with JTL-Wawi 1.5, you have to manually notify your customer about received returns. However, with the help of the workflow shown here, you can still mostly automate this process.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"notes-on-inbound-postings-and-item-conditions\">Notes on inbound postings and item conditions <span id='anchor-notes-on-inbound-postings-and-item-conditions' data-href='#notes-on-inbound-postings-and-item-conditions' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3><ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-fulfillment\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tBasically, you follow the normal return process in JTL-Wawi for returned goods. <span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a style=\"color: #f68b25;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/retouren\/\">Go to Returns help pages<\/a><\/span>.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tWhen an item has been returned, you can carry out a regular inbound posting. The increased inventory is automatically transferred to the merchant during the next fulfilment synchronisation.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tHowever, if you post an item with a condition other than the default condition (e.g. \u201cdefective\u201d), a new condition item will be created. This item is unknown to the merchant and is therefore not transferred to them. If you later change the item&#8217;s condition back to standard, it will be added to the regular stock and transferred accordingly with the next fulfilment synchronisation.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\tItems that permanently have a different condition, e.g. because they are defective, should be reported separately to your fulfilment customer so that they know what has happened to the item.\t<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-1-creating-a-print-template\">Step 1: Creating a print template <span id='anchor-step-1-creating-a-print-template' data-href='#step-1-creating-a-print-template' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>The first thing you should do is create a template informing your customer or your customer&#8217;s customer about the return. You can select this template later in the workflow.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tIn JTL-Wawi, open the dialogue box <span class=\"highlight\">Druck-\/E-Mail-\/Exportvorlagen verwalten<\/span>\u00a0(Managing print, email and export templates) via the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Admin &gt; Druck-\/E-Mail-\/Exportvorlagen<\/span>\u00a0(Admin &gt; Print, email and export templates).<\/li><li >\n\tSelect the node <span class=\"highlight\">Root &gt; Beleg: Verkauf &gt; Retoure<\/span>\u00a0(Root &gt; Document: Sales &gt; Return).
