This means that you configure once under which conditions an item is to be created and as soon as these conditions are met, the item is invoiced automatically. The invoice can still be corrected afterwards. If you are not yet familiar with workflows, please read the following documentation: <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-wawi\/jtl-workflows\/\">JTL-Workflows<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"step-1-creating-accounting-items\">Step 1: Creating accounting items <span id='anchor-step-1-creating-accounting-items' data-href='#step-1-creating-accounting-items' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>The first step is to create an accounting item for each line item that you want to separately invoice. We will show you how to set up the line item types mentioned in our example.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tIn JTL-Wawi, go to the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Admin &gt; JTL-Workflows<\/span> and open the dialogue box J<span class=\"highlight\">TL-Workflows anlegen\/bearbeiten <\/span>(Creating and editing JTL-Workflows).<\/li><li >\n\tSwitch to the area <span class=\"highlight\">Auftr\u00e4ge<\/span> (Sales orders) and select the triggering event <span class=\"highlight\">Auftrag &gt; Ausgeliefert<\/span> (Sales order &gt; Shipped).<\/li><li >\n\tSelect <span class=\"highlight\">Workflow anlegen<\/span> (Create workflow). A new workflow will be created. Give the workflow a suitable name.<\/li><li >\n\tIf necessary, specify a condition that is to be valid for triggering the workflow. This item is always charged when no other rule applies.<\/li><li >\n\tOptional: Then click <span class=\"highlight\">Abrechnungspositionen f\u00fcr Versandkosten konfigurieren&#8230;<\/span> (Configure accounting line items for shipping costs) to limit the shipping costs for specific shipping weights. The dialogue box <span class=\"highlight\">Abrechnungspositionen f\u00fcr Versandkosten konfigurieren<\/span> (Configuring accounting line items for shipping costs) opens.<\/li><li >\n\tUnder <span class=\"highlight\">Versandart<\/span> (Shipping method) select the shipping method to which this rule applies. Then determine the total weight of a package up to which the rule applies. If there is not yet a package for the sales order, the standard SKU is added as an accounting line item. For the latter, you need JTL-WMS Mobile.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"invoicing-picking-with-jtl-wawi\">Invoicing picking with JTL-Wawi <span id='anchor-invoicing-picking-with-jtl-wawi' data-href='#invoicing-picking-with-jtl-wawi' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Depending on how a pick is defined, you must add the corresponding accounting line item to different workflow events of the current accounting process using the workflow action \u201cAdd accounting line item\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"picks-correspond-to-the-number-of-items-delivered\">Picks correspond to the number of items delivered <span id='anchor-picks-correspond-to-the-number-of-items-delivered' data-href='#picks-correspond-to-the-number-of-items-delivered' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p>If, for example, you want each individual item to count as one pick, you can bill them all together at the end of the shipping process in the workflow event \u201cDelivery notes\/Shipped\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<p>Open the workflow management in JTL-Wawi via <span class=\"highlight\">Admin &gt; JTL-Workflows<\/span>.
