Then click on the tab <span class=\"highlight\">Abrechnung<\/span>\u00a0(Accounting).<\/li><\/ol><h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"defining-general-rules\">Defining general rules <span id='anchor-defining-general-rules' data-href='#defining-general-rules' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>In the <span class=\"highlight\">Lagerkosten-Regeln<\/span>\u00a0(Storage costs rules), you can first define how storage costs are to be calculated. The aim here is to have a rule stored in the pane <span class=\"highlight\">Lagerplatz-\u00dcbersicht und Ausnahmen<\/span>\u00a0(Storage location overview and exceptions) for each storage location used by your customer.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tClick <span class=\"highlight\">Regel hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/span>\u00a0(Add rule). You can call up different prices for each storage location type in different storage sections (e.g. cold storage).<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Platztyp<\/b> (Storage location type): Here you can find all types of storage locations available in JTL-WMS. You do not necessarily need to use every storage location type.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Calculation:<\/b> Here you define how exactly the calculation is to be done for specific storage locations. You can charge per storage location or per item. Either you charge a fixed price per item or storage location or charge the item or storage location based on the occupied space (per m\u00b2) or volume (per m\u00b3). For calculation per space or volume, the dimensions of the items must be correctly maintained in the item master data.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tNow select the item that determines the price of the configured rule.
