However, these delivery notes are not related to the delivery notes produced in JTL-Wawi. This also applies to invoices. These are documents that are to be printed and enclosed with the package during one part of the shipping process.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"creating-merchant-templates\">Creating merchant templates <span id='anchor-creating-merchant-templates' data-href='#creating-merchant-templates' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>In order to print documents such as the delivery note or the invoice, it is advisable to create the <span class=\"highlight\">Delivery note<\/span> template set. If sales orders are also transferred to you via other platforms, you can use the <span class=\"highlight\">Platform<\/span> drop-down menu to limit the use of the <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-Fulfillment Network<\/span> template to sales orders assigned to the <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-Fulfillment Network<\/span> platform.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p>This template now prints the delivery note and invoice of the merchant if they exist for the sales order. Therefore, you do not need to add another template to print the invoice documents. You can prevent this by creating two customer groups. For example, a group for customers for whom no documents are to be printed and a group for customers for whom at least one delivery note or invoice document is to be printed at all times. You can then limit the templates to these groups.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-fulfillment normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tIn JTL-Wawi, open the <span class=\"highlight\">Creating and editing customer groups<\/span> dialogue box via the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Customers<\/span> &gt; <span class=\"highlight\">Customer groups<\/span>.<\/li><li >\n\tCreate two customer groups. For example, <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-Fulfillment without documents<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-Fulfillment with documents<\/span>.
