Example: A co-worker working at a different cash register, or a customer, asks you to change a bank note into coins.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-pos\" id=\"pane-b-documentation-fields\">Pane B: Documentation fields <span id='anchor-pane-b-documentation-fields' data-href='#pane-b-documentation-fields' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><strong>Posting reason:<\/strong> In this drop-down menu, you can choose the posting reason. You cannot select a posting reason for the <span class=\"highlight\">Change money<\/span> option.<\/p>\n<div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content\"><strong><span style=\"color: #336699;\">Please note:<\/span><\/strong> JTL-POS already comes with default posting reasons for cash withdrawals and deposits. These reasons can be edited in the <span class=\"highlight\">Manage posting reasons<\/span><\/span> dialogue box under the menu <span class=\"media-content\"><span class=\"highlight\">Settings<\/span> &gt; <span style=\"color: #336699;\"><a style=\"color: #336699;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-pos\/payments\/dialogue-box-manage-posting-reasons\/\">Posting reasons<\/a><\/span>. You can also add or edit other posting reasons there.<\/span>\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Posting text: <\/strong>Here, you can optionally enter your own text for the posting.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Total EUR:<\/strong> In this field, enter the posting amount. This can be the amount that you deposit, withdraw or change in the cash register.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>\u201cPrint receipt\u201d option: <\/strong>This is displayed when a printer has been set up and is active. The <span class=\"highlight\">Print receipt<\/span> option is enabled by default. If the option is enabled, a confirmation of the cash withdrawal, deposit or change will be printed and the cash drawer will open. If you do not want to print a confirmation, disable this option.<\/p>\n<div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Info:<\/strong><\/span> If the message <span class=\"highlight\">No printer found<\/span> is displayed next to the <span class=\"highlight\">Total EUR<\/span> field instead of the <span class=\"highlight\">Print receipt<\/span> option, you have either not yet set up a printer or have not activated the <span class=\"highlight\">Print cash deposits and cash withdrawals<\/span> option for any of the printers.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-pos\" id=\"pane-c-toolbar\">Pane C: Toolbar <span id='anchor-pane-c-toolbar' data-href='#pane-c-toolbar' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><strong>Create:<\/strong> Click on this button to initiate the posting.
