The <span class=\"highlight\">Payment view<\/span> will open.<\/li><li >\n\tSelect the payment provider. The <span class=\"highlight\">Completed payments<\/span> dialogue box will open.<\/li><li >\n\tUse the check boxes to select which receipt is to be issued and how.<\/li><\/ol><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Info: <\/strong><\/span>You may only print receipts if a printer has been set up and is currently online (see: <span style=\"color: #336699;\"><a style=\"color: #336699;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-pos\/hardware\/connecting-a-printer-to-jtl-pos\/\">Connecting printers to JTL-POS<\/a><\/span>). You can only send receipts via email if an email account has already been set up in JTL-POS (see: <span style=\"color: #336699;\"><a style=\"color: #336699;\" title=\"Configuring the email server\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-pos\/setup\/configuring-the-email-server\/\">Configuring the email server<\/a><\/span>). If you have assigned a customer to the receipt, the email will be sent to the email address stored in the customer\u2019s master data. The receipts will be issued and the cashier view will close.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"checkout-with-external-provider\">Checkout with external provider <span id='anchor-checkout-with-external-provider' data-href='#checkout-with-external-provider' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>If your card reader is not connected to a payment provider in JTL-POS, you can carry out the payment with the card reader manually.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tTap on <span class=\"highlight\">Go to checkout<\/span>. The <span class=\"highlight\">Payment view<\/span> will open.<\/li><li >\n\tEnter the due amount into the card reader manually and carry out the payment on the device.<\/li><li >\n\tAfter the successful payment, select the respective payment method below the number block in JTL-POS. The receipt will then change to the <span class=\"highlight\">Paid<\/span> status. The <span class=\"highlight\">Payments completed<\/span> dialogue box will open, in which you can select the output method (see above).<\/li><\/ol><div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Note for users of JTL-POS ERPConnected:<\/strong><\/span> If you use JTL-POS ERPConnected, paid receipts are sent to JTL-Wawi with the next synchronisation and an order is created. To view the receipt, the function <span class=\"highlight\">Show processes from external cash register systems in JTL-Wawi<\/span> must be enabled in JTL-Wawi under the menu <span class=\"highlight\">Admin &gt; Global settings &gt; Processes<\/span>. If you have assigned a customer to the receipt, the customer data is saved in the order.
