This button is only available in Edit mode.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-pos\" id=\"identification\">Identification <span id='anchor-identification' data-href='#identification' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><strong>Cash register name:<\/strong> Enter a name for the cash register.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Cash register ID:<\/strong> This field is automatically filled with the serial number of your device.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>External cash register ID:<\/strong> Enter the external cash register ID. This is necessary for the DSFinV-K interface.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-pos\" id=\"receipt\">Receipt <span id='anchor-receipt' data-href='#receipt' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><strong>Print receipts automatically: <\/strong>With this option enabled, receipts are always printed after the checkout. You can then manually send the receipt to your customer via email. If this option is disabled, select whether the receipt is to be printed or sent to the customer by email for each checkout process.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Select digital receipt automatically:&nbsp;<\/strong>If you activate this function, you will be provided with a QR code that your customers can scan with their mobile device. The receipt will not be printed. This function is only available for existing customers who are using the <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-POS WebManager<\/span> extension.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Start receipts automatically: <\/strong>With this option enabled, a new receipt is started when you select or scan an item. With this option disabled, you need to manually create a new receipt each time via <span class=\"highlight\">New receipt<\/span> in the cashier view.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Issue configuration components on receipt as separate line items:<\/strong> If you activate this option, each purchased configuration component is listed as a separate item. This is advantageous, for example, if you place a configuration item on a receipt twice, both times with different configuration components.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Select SLED automatically:&nbsp;<\/b>If you sell items with a SLED (shelf life expiration date), you can use this option to specify whether the SLED is selected automatically when an item with a SLED is added to a receipt. The SLED that lies nearest in the future is always selected.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Print internal receipt automatically:<\/b> If you activate this option, the internal receipt is automatically printed after the cash register receipt.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Warning for negative stock:<\/b> Activate this option to receive a warning in the checkout process if the selected item has no available stock.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Maximum smoothing in %<\/b><strong>:<\/strong> In this field, you indicate the percentage of the final amount that may be rounded up in total.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Automated invoice creation for JTL-Wawi invoices (requires an active connection to JTL-Wawi)<\/b><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;Activate this option if you want an invoice to be created automatically after assigning a customer to a receipt.<\/p>\n<div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<span style=\"color: #336699;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/span> Depending on the JTL edition you have booked, the number of JTL-POS connections to JTL-Wawi may vary. For more information on this topic, click here:<span style=\"color: #435a6b;\">&nbsp;<a style=\"color: #435a6b;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jtl-software.de\/angebotsstruktur-ab-september-2024#die-jtl-editionen-im-%C3%9Cberblick\">JTL editions at a glance.<\/a><\/span>\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Enable automatic shipment for JTL-Wawi sales orders:<\/b> Activate this option if you want sales orders from JTL-Wawi to be shipped automatically.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Always assign shipping method to JTL-POS sales orders:<\/b> Activate this option if you want the receipts that are created at the cash register to always be shipped as soon as a customer is added to the receipt. This requires an active connection to JTL-Wawi. If you enable this option, you can select a shipping method that should be used by default.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-pos\" id=\"bar-code-scanner\">Bar code scanner <span id='anchor-bar-code-scanner' data-href='#bar-code-scanner' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><strong>Output via broadcast:&nbsp;<\/strong>Activate this option to communicate with the bar code scanner via Android&#8217;s broadcast method. This way, the scanned data is entered directly and without diversion to JTL-POS.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Broadcast name for the scan result: <\/strong>In this field, you can enter a broadcast output name. The settings in this field are pre-configured for Sunmi devices.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Broadcast scheme results:<\/strong> In this field, you can enter the data scheme for transferring between scanner and cash register. The settings in this field are pre-configured for Sunmi devices.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-pos\" id=\"layout\">Layout <span id='anchor-layout' data-href='#layout' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Via the drop-down menus under <span class=\"highlight\">Layout<\/span>, you can select how items and categories are to be displayed.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Cashier view:<\/strong> In this drop-down menu, you can specify which view is displayed by default when opening the cashier view. You can choose between: Item overview, favourites, or direct entry. Once you are in the cashier view, you can switch to a different view at any time.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<p class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi h6\">Item overview<\/p><ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-pos\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<strong>Show item images: <\/strong>The item image is shown in the item overview. This layout takes up slightly more space than the <span class=\"highlight\">Show only text<\/span> layout.
