You can choose between different preset time periods. If none of the time periods match your requirements, you can select <span class=\"highlight\">Custom filter<\/span> to enter your own time period.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p><strong>Create zip archive:\u00a0<\/strong>If you activate this check box, the file for the posting data is archived in a compressed zip folder. In this way, it takes up less memory space.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tSelect a storage location for the exported files.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p><strong>Download folder:<\/strong>\u00a0Select this option to save the exported file to the internal storage of your device.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>SD card:<\/strong> If you have inserted an SD card into your device, you can save the file to the SD card.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Send via email:\u00a0<\/b>With this option enabled, the file is sent to the email address selected for this kind of data. For this you must have set up an <span style=\"color: #336699;\"><a style=\"color: #336699;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-pos\/setup\/dialogue-box-manage-email-server\/\">email account<\/a><\/span> and a <span style=\"color: #336699;\"><a style=\"color: #336699;\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/en\/jtl-pos\/setup\/dialogue-box-manage-recipients\/\">recipient address<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tTap <span class=\"highlight\">Start export<\/span>. A CSV file with all posting data is created.
