Developers capture activities, developments and ideas in form of tickets in it, even those that are brought to us by you.<\/p>\n<p>Each ticket includes a specific topic and is uniquely identified by the ticket ID. This offers you the opportunity to track the solution of bugs and to experience how new ideas are developed, prepared and realised.<\/p>\n<p>An integrated comment functionality enables you to participate actively in the processes. In addition, you can vote for a ticket with just one click. This can lead to an increase in the priority of the ticket and thus to a faster implementation of ideas.<\/p>\n<p>All tickets that are published in the JTL-Issue Tracker are visible to the public. In order to be able to track and comment tickets or to vote for a ticket, you require your login credentials for the JTL-Customer Centre.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h2\" id=\"registration\">Registration <span id='anchor-registration' data-href='#registration' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>Would you like to track the current status of tickets you are interested in, actively participate in processes using the comment function or vote for a ticket? You can search and filter for specific tickets and open the ticket details to view particulars and comments.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h3\" id=\"ticket-overview-in-detail\">Ticket overview in detail <span id='anchor-ticket-overview-in-detail' data-href='#ticket-overview-in-detail' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p><b>In the following, please find a description of the most important columns of the ticket overview:<\/b><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h5\" id=\"type\">Type <span id='anchor-type' data-href='#type' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p>Tickets are classified into the types <span class=\"field\">Bug<\/span>, <span class=\"field\">Story\/Feature<\/span> and <span class=\"field\">Idea<\/span>. <span class=\"field\">Bug:<\/span> Tickets of the type <span class=\"field\">Bug<\/span> contain tasks that are used to correct errors. <span class=\"field\">Story\/Feature:<\/span> Tickets of the type <span class=\"field\">Story\/Feature<\/span> contain suggestions for new functions or improvements whose realisation is already scheduled in the development. <span class=\"field\">Idea:<\/span> Tickets of the type <span class=\"field\">Idea<\/span> contain suggestions for new functions whose realisation has not yet been scheduled. The more votes are received for a ticket of the type <span class=\"field\">Idea, <\/span>the more likely that this idea will be considered in the development and realised.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h4\" id=\"id\">ID <span id='anchor-id' data-href='#id' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p>Unique ID to identify the ticket. In contrast to the title of the ticket, the ID cannot be changed.<br \/>\nTo open the ticket details click on the ticket ID.<br \/>\nIf you have any questions on a ticket, please always specify the ID if possible.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h4\" id=\"priority\">Priority <span id='anchor-priority' data-href='#priority' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p>The priority indicates the importance a ticket is handled with. The higher the priority, the faster the realisation.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h4\" id=\"target-version\">Target version <span id='anchor-target-version' data-href='#target-version' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p>The Target Version column provides information on the software version from which new features are available. The target version will be published at the latest when <span class=\"field\">Solved<\/span> status is defined for a ticket.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h4\" id=\"status\">Status <span id='anchor-status' data-href='#status' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p><span class=\"field\">All:<\/span> All tickets are displayed no matter of their status. <span class=\"field\">Open:<\/span> Shows all tickets already created but not yet processed. Tickets with Open status can change to one of the following statuses: <span class=\"field\">In progress:<\/span> The ticket is currently being realised. <span class=\"field\">Rejected<\/span> Unfortunately, we cannot realise tickets with this status. A reason can be found in the comments. <span class=\"field\">Solved:<\/span> Tickets with this status have already been processed. New features were implemented or a bug was fixed. Please note the target version specified in the ticket overview in order to find out from which product version the changes will be available in our software. <span class=\"field\">More statuses<\/span> Tickets having one of the following statuses are to be realised in the future. The three statuses <span class=\"field\">Short-term<\/span>, <span class=\"field\">Medium-term<\/span>, <span class=\"field\">Future<\/span> are for prioritisation. Also with these tickets your vote can contribute to give the ticket a higher priority and to process the ticket faster.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h3\" id=\"search-and-filter-options\">Search and filter options <span id='anchor-search-and-filter-options' data-href='#search-and-filter-options' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>The JTL-Issue Tracker provides a free text search and various filters. You can combine the filters to limit the results in the ticket overview.<\/p>\n<p><b>Search:<\/b> In the Search field, you can search specifically for a ticket using a <span class=\"field\">unique ID<\/span> or a <span class=\"field\">unique title<\/span>. In addition, you can search for specific terms contained in the title of a ticket, for example, <span class=\"field\">Workflow action<\/span>. The ticket overview then shows all tickets including the term <span class=\"field\">Workflow action<\/span> in their title.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n<h4 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h4\" id=\"filter-project\">Filter: Project <span id='anchor-filter-project' data-href='#filter-project' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h4>\t<p><b>All:<\/b> The results in the ticket overview show tickets from all projects, i.e. from the areas <span class=\"field\">JTL-Wawi<\/span>, <span class=\"field\">JTL-Shop<\/span> and <span class=\"field\">JTL-Connector<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><b>JTL-Wawi:<\/b> The results in the ticket overview contain only tickets that are assigned to the project JTL-Wawi. The JTL-Wawi project contains also all tickets for JTL-WMS, JTL-WMS Mobile, JTL-Shipping and JTL-eazyAuction. The filter <span class=\"field\">JTL-Wawi<\/span> activates the additional filter <span class=\"field\">Version<\/span> that enables you to filter the results in the ticket overview by a specific version of JTL-Wawi as well as the filter <span class=\"field\">Components<\/span> that allows displaying tickets for specific components, such as the <span class=\"field\">item management<\/span> or also for <span class=\"field\">JTL-WMS<\/span>, <span class=\"field\">JTL-Shipping<\/span> etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>JTL-Shop:<\/b> The results in the ticket overview contain only tickets that are assigned to the project JTL-Shop. The filter <span class=\"field\">JTL-Shop<\/span> activates the additional filters <span class=\"field\">Version<\/span> and <span class=\"field\">Components<\/span>. <span class=\"field\">Version:<\/span> You can limit the results of the ticket overview by versions of JTL-Shop. <span class=\"field\">Components:<\/span> You can limit the results of the ticket overview by components of JTL-Shop.<\/p>\n<p><b>JTL-Connector:<\/b> The results in the ticket overview contain only tickets that are assigned to the project JTL-Connector. The filter <span class=\"field\">JTL-Wawi<\/span> activates the additional filter <span class=\"field\">Components<\/span> that enables you to filter the results in the ticket overview by components and specific Connectors.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Filter: Type<\/b> This filter function lets you display all tickets of a specific ticket type in the ticket overview.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><b>Filter: Status<\/b> Here you can filter the tickets by different statuses.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"d-flex align-items-center h3\" id=\"adding-comment-to-ticket\">Adding comment to ticket <span id='anchor-adding-comment-to-ticket' data-href='#adding-comment-to-ticket' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h3>\t<p>Would you like to give us feedback on an existing ticket or contribute ideas to a ticket? Then vote for this ticket in the JTL-Issue Tracker and increase the priority of the ticket. To make it easier for you to track the status of tickets that are of particular interest to you, you can monitor them. As soon as the status of a tickets you monitor changes, will receive an email to the email address stored in the JTL-Customer Centre.
