There, you can see how much stock is <span class=\"highlight\">reserved on receipts<\/span>, how much is <span class=\"highlight\">available<\/span>, and how much <span class=\"highlight\">total<\/span> stock is available.<\/p>\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Total stock of all warehouses:<\/strong> In this section, you can see how much stock is in all of your connected warehouses. In addition, you can see the total stock levels in all warehouses, how much stock is <span class=\"highlight\">reserved on receipts<\/span>, how much is <span class=\"highlight\">available<\/span>, and how much <span class=\"highlight\">total<\/span> stock is available.<\/p>\n<div class=\"media-object media-object-border d-flex align-items-top\">\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t<span class=\"mt-1 mr-3 flex-shrink-0 far fa-info-circle fa-2x columnsize-fa-2x text-pos\"><\/span>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"media-content border-pos\">\n\t\n\t\t\t<strong><span style=\"color: #336699;\">Please note:<\/span><\/strong> JTL-Wawi will reserve stock comprehensively. This means that items for orders or stock transfers will be deducted from each warehouse. This may cause an item to be displayed as <span class=\"highlight\">not available<\/span> during the checkout process in JTL-POS, even though it may still be in stock at the register warehouse. So, drawing from the information in the <span class=\"highlight\">JTL-POS stock<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Total stock of all warehouses<\/span> sections, you can get an idea of how much stock is available in which warehouse. In ERPConnected mode, you can also view the exact stocks for the individual warehouses in JTL-Wawi.\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<hr  \/>\n\t<p><strong>Awaiting delivery:<\/strong> In this section, you can see how much supply is on the way.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"viewing-information-via-the-quick-entry-view\">Viewing information via the quick entry view <span id='anchor-viewing-information-via-the-quick-entry-view' data-href='#viewing-information-via-the-quick-entry-view' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p>You also have the option to view item and stock information in the quick entry view.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-pos normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tTap on the <span class=\"highlight\">quick entry<\/span> symbol. The quick entry view will open.<\/li><li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tTap on the <span class=\"highlight\">Item info<\/span> button.<\/li><li >\n\tEnter the SKU of the item whose details you would like to view and confirm your entry with <span class=\"highlight\">enter<\/span>.
