They ask if they can get a partial refund, because they have found the purchased item somewhere else for a lower price. They therefore also access the same print template by default. The only difference is that invoice corrections always relate to an invoice and can only include the items that were also in the invoice. Refunds can contain any items and have no invoice reference. For example, you can assign a <span class=\"highlight\">Status<\/span> to the invoice correction, e.g. &#8220;Created&#8221;, &#8220;Being processed&#8221; or &#8220;Paid&#8221;.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-wawi normal-step\">\n\t<li class=\"media-single-line\">\n\tAdd items via the search box <span class=\"highlight\">Search for items<\/span>.<\/li><li >\n\tUse <span class=\"highlight\">Add a custom line item<\/span>, <span class=\"highlight\">Delete<\/span> and <span class=\"highlight\">Create cash discount offsetting entry<\/span> to make the required changes.<\/li><li >\n\tClick <span class=\"highlight\">Save and post stock<\/span> if you want to post the corrected items again. Click <span class=\"highlight\">Save and formalise<\/span> if you want to create the invoice correction.<\/li><\/ol>\t<p>You can now find the invoice correction in the <span class=\"highlight\">Sales management<\/span> in the <span class=\"highlight\">Invoice corrections<\/span> folder.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"list-reset step mb-5 list-wawi normal-step\">\n\t<li >\n\tYou can now refund the customer, for example by retransfer or by sending a payment.
