From there, switch to the&nbsp;<span class=\"highlight\">Processes<\/span> tab.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-gallery>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a itemprop=\"contentUrl\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img sizes=\"(max-width: 20em) 30vw, (max-width: 30em) 60vw, (max-width: 40em) 90vw\" data-pswp=\"[]\" class=\"img-fluid mb-5\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"sales-orders-a-r-invoices\">Sales orders\/A\/R invoices <span id='anchor-sales-orders-a-r-invoices' data-href='#sales-orders-a-r-invoices' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>Item description for print templates:<\/b>&nbsp;This only applies to sales orders created in JTL-Wawi, like manual orders. For online shop and marketplace sales orders, you have to adjust the print templates (in the form editor) separately. Further reading:&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #f68b25;\"><a class=\"JTL-Wawi-color\" style=\"color: #f68b25;\" title=\"Category:JTL-Wawi:Templates\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/vorlagen\/\">Templates<\/a><\/span>). The item description specifies which print description is to be printed under the respective sales order line item or invoice line item. Under <span class=\"highlight\">Description<\/span> in the item master data, in addition to the short and long description of the item, short and long print descriptions can also be stored. With this option, you determine that the selected print description is also printed. Optionally, different selections can be made from sales order to sales order in the sales order form. In the sales order form, under the <span class=\"highlight\">Description<\/span>&nbsp;field, select either &#8220;none&#8221;, &#8220;brief description&#8221; or &#8220;description&#8221;.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Extra weight per sales order: <\/b>You can use the additional weight function to add, for example, filler material or free line items to a sales order. This is added to the weight of the items present in the sales order.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Show processes from external cash register systems in JTL-Wawi:<\/b> This setting applies to the POS system LS-POS from Luwosoft. This option does not indicate whether cash register sales are included in sales orders\/invoice overviews or not.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Stock reservation<\/b><\/p>\n\t<p>Here, you can choose between two options:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-reset ml-3 list-icons list-custom-square list-wawi\">\n\t<li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<strong>Stock reservation w\/o FIFO:<\/strong> This option ensures that stocks are only reserved globally. The order in which orders are created or paid will not matter. You can ship all orders that have a certain item in stock.\t<\/li><li >\n\t\t\t<span class=\"list-icon fas fa-square\"><\/span>\t\t<strong>Stock reservation with FIFO:<\/strong> With this option, stocks are reserved after receiving orders according to the FIFO principle. With this option, you always deliver the prioritised sales orders first and then the sales orders according to the creation date. You can set the prioritisation for the orders yourself. To do this, open the sales order details and under references define the <span class=\"highlight\">Shipping priority<\/span>.\t<\/li><\/ul>\t<p><strong>Save PDFs directly to invoice:<\/strong> By activating this option, the PDFs generated will be attached directly to the invoice.<\/p>\n<div class=\"btn-helper m--1\">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/guide.jtl-software.com\/jtl-wawi\/versand\/bestandsreservierung-einrichten\/\" title=\"Go to: Stock reservation for sales orders\" class=\"mb-5 btn-wawi btn m-1\">\n\t\tGo to: Stock reservation for sales orders<\/a><\/div><h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"purchase-orders\">Purchase orders <span id='anchor-purchase-orders' data-href='#purchase-orders' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>Enable A\/P invoices:<\/b>&nbsp;This option enables\/disables the processing of A\/P invoices in JTL-Wawi. Using the A\/P invoices feature provides an overview of your paid or posted purchase orders. Activating A\/P invoices will result in the average purchase price (Avg. PP) in the item master data in JTL-Wawi being calculated exclusively on the basis of A\/P invoices. A\/P invoices can also be used to calculate the average purchase price by taking into account additional costs, such as customs or shipping costs, as well. If this option is disabled, no A\/P invoices can be created. For each goods receipt in JTL-Wawi, the average net PP will be calculated without an A\/P invoice.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Purchase orders must be approved:<\/b> This option is a rights setting. Do purchase orders have to be approved by the buyer after creating them? Or are purchase orders approved automatically after creation and can then be forwarded to the supplier? For the right to apply, the user must be granted the right under the <span class=\"highlight\">General &gt; Authorise purchase orders<\/span> rights menu under the <span class=\"highlight\">Admin &gt; Users \/ Rights<\/span> menu item.<\/p>\n\t<p><b>Automatically calculate delivery times on the basis of goods receipts:<\/b> The average delivery time will be calculated automatically on the basis of goods receipts in the system. <span class=\"highlight\">Consider purchase orders of the last X days:<\/span> Here, specify the time period for which purchase orders are to be considered.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"d-flex align-items-center hl-wawi\" id=\"delivery-notes\">Delivery notes <span id='anchor-delivery-notes' data-href='#delivery-notes' class='far fa-link' data-anchor><\/span><\/h2>\t<p><b>Include shipping labels in the order they are printed:<\/b> If you activate this option, the labels will not be printed until the delivery note or invoice for the sales order has been printed.
