Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Managing printers in JTL-Wawi

In the printer administration, you can define which type of document is printed on which printer. In the eCommerce business you usually do not only have an office printer but also have label and shipping label printers in your warehouse. In case you use JTL-ShippingLabels, you also carry out the printer configuration here.

The printer administration opens when you start JTL-Wawi for the first time. You can also reach it via Start > Drucker (Start > Printer). In the printer administration you can define the settings for your workstation. It is possible to set for each computer and user which printer or fax should be used for the respective client. The printer administration is divided into the tabs Drucken (Printing), Fax, JTL-ShippingLabels and Amazon-Versandart (Amazon shipping method).

In JTL-ShippingLabels you can define which printer to use for printing the shipping labels of your logistics provider. This comes in handy if you have several providers with different label formats. Amazon-Versandart (Amazon shipping method) is only relevant to Seller Fulfilled Prime sellers who sell with the Prime option.
