How to

JTL-Wawi has an extensive customer management. In the Customers area, you can create customers manually and maintain all relevant master data, from the address to contacts to information on the tax ID and individual prices.

You can organise your customers into customer groups for prices, visibility and discounts as well as customer categories for statistical evaluations.

The customer overview offers you a wide range of search and filter options. Sales orders, sales quotations and invoice corrections can be created with just one click.

The lower part of the customer management, the customer master data, can be detached from the customer management and viewed as a separate dialogue box. As soon as you select a customer data set in JTL-Wawi, such as sales orders, invoices, etc., you will receive all important customer data in real time.

JTL-Wawi already comes with the End customers and Merchants customer groups. However, it is also possible to create your own customer groups or to set individual discounts, print templates or visibility for the individual customer groups. With the customer categories, JTL-Wawi also offers another option for categorising customers, which is intended exclusively for statistical evaluations.

You can make minor adjustments to the view in the customer overview as well as in the customer master data, so that you have an overview of all the data that is important to you. You can specify which columns you want to see in which order in the customer overview and specify the order of the tabs in the customer master data.
