How to
JTL-Search is a tool for error-tolerant searches and navigation after search. Spelling mistakes and typos, synonyms, incomplete parts of words, categories and manufacturer names are no longer an issue. The error-tolerant JTL-Search will find the correct results. Your customers are automatically directed to the respective products, search terms or landing pages. With the error-tolerant JTL-Search, you can kill two birds with one stone—boost your sales and optimise your customers’ shopping experience.
In the back end of JTL-Search, you adjust the fundamental settings for searches and their redirections. You can open the back end by logging on to the JTL-Customer Centre and selecting JTL-Search. Go to Activities > Administration to open the back end of JTL-Search.
