Shipping options
Shipping methods can be selected by scanning: You created bar codes for your shipping methods. These bar codes can be scanned during packing. By scanning the shipping method, it is possible to automate the start of the packing and partial delivery processes.
You can create bar codes for the following functions (we are using the shipping method DHL-Paket as an exampl. You can replace it with any other shipping method such as GLD, DPD, Amazon Paket S, Privatversand, etc.):
You can also create bar codes for the following functions (to be able to use these functions, the option Shipping methods can be selected by scaning does not need to be activated):
Move fully entered line items down in view: A completely entered line item is placed at the lowest position in the list view in goods issue so that you see all open line items further up.
Notes on packing
Show notes in a separate window: Hints appear in a separate dialogue box instead of in the dialogue box “Packing”.
Hide messages automatically after (seconds): Enables you to define how many seconds a displayed message should be visible.
Show note from sales order details: If a note has been added to the sales order, it will be displayed during packing.
Show comment from sales order details: If a comment has been added to the sales order, it will be displayed during packing.
Show comment from item master data: If a comment has been added to an item, it is displayed during packing.
Show custom field from customer master data as a note: If a custom field has been created in the customer master data, this field can be displayed as a note. Select the respective custom field from the drop-down menu.
