Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Registering as a merchant
Your task/initial situation
You would like to participate in the JTL-Fulfillment Network as a merchant. You have decided to use the JTL-Fulfillment Network and want to register with it now.
Registering in the JTL-Customer Centre
- Log in to the JTL-Customer Centre with your customer account. Go to Customer Centre.
- Use the menu to go to Produkte > Fulfillment (Products > Fulfilment).
- Click on the Teilnahme als Händler (Participation as a merchant) button. The page Teilnahme als Händler (Participate as a merchant) opens.
- Confirm the terms and conditions by checking Hiermit bestätige ich… and click Jetzt teilnehmen (Participate now).
To the Portal: You can access the Fulfillment Portal via the link. You are then already logged in and can search for a suitable warehouse immediately. To learn more, please read: Finding a suitable warehouse in the Fulfillment Portal.
Registration via the Fulfillment Portal
- Open the FFN Portal, click on Log in and enter your access data.
- In the next window, click Allow to allow the central login to use the Customer Centre data for JTL-FFN.
- Then select your role by clicking on the image of the merchant. You can also select both roles, i.e. both merchant and service provider.
- Click Confirm selection to complete the registration. You will then be redirected to the FFN Portal dashboard.
