Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Exporting shipping reports from the Fulfillment Portal
Your task/initial situation
You have sent sales order data to your fulfilment service provider. Now you would like to export the current shipping status of the sales orders collectively using the shipping report.
Please note: You must first create a template before you can request the shipping report. Further reading: Creating templates in the FFN Portal.
Exporting shipping reports
- Log in to the Fulfillment Portal with your access data (Go to FFN Portal).
- Click on the menu item Data exchange. The page Data exchange opens.
- Click on Export. A page with reports and export schedules opens.
- In the Reports pane, you will find the Shipping reports. Enter the desired start date for your report into From and the end date into Until.
- Then select a template.
- Click Request shipping report. The shipping report will now be requested.
- As soon as the shipping report is ready, you can download it. To do this, click on Download next to the report.
