Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Exporting warehouse reports from the Fulfillment Portal
Your task/initial situation
You have stored goods with your fulfilment service provider. Now you would like to export the current stock levels of the respective items collectively using the warehouse report.
Please note: You need to create a template before requesting a warehouse report. Further reading: Creating templates in the FFN Portal.
Exporting warehouse reports
- Log in to the Fulfillment Portal with your access data (Go to FFN Portal).
- Click on the menu item Data exchange. The page Data exchange opens.
- Click on Export. A page with reports and export schedules opens.
- In the Reports pane, you will find the Warehouse reports. Select here whether you need a simple warehouse report or a detailed report with detailed information on best before dates and batches.
- Click on the Request warehouse report button. The warehouse report will now be requested.
- As soon as the warehouse report is ready, you can download it. To do this, click on Download next to the report.
