We are currently still building up the English documentation; not all sections have been translated yet. Please note that there may still be German screenshots or links to German pages even on pages that have already been translated. This guide mostly addresses English speaking users in Germany.

- Go to the JTL-Customer Centre.
- Log in via the Anmelden (Log in) button.
- Switch to the Produkte (Products) tab. Click Onlineshop (Online shop).
- In the Licences & plans (Lizenzen & Tarife) section, click Shop Editionen (Shop editions).

You have now requested a JTL-Shop test shop. You will receive a booking confirmation and the access data via email to the email address stored in the JTL-Customer Centre. Once you have the access data, you can synchronise the test shop with your locally installed JTL-Wawi and test all its features. For more information on this topic, click here: Setting up a test shop in JTL-Wawi.
Information about the test shop
Test shops are free of charge, noncommittal and allow you to test all features of JTL-Shop. They are installed by our employees on our test servers. Therefore, there is no need to install anything yourself.
FTP access data
If you need FTP access to the server, for example to test the Download Module or edit template files, you can request it from JTL-Software. To do this, visit the JTL-Customer Centre and open a ticket in the Customer Support area.
