Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Find out more about the new editions and packages here. Check our FAQ for frequently asked questions about the product editions.
Configuring the complete synchronisation with JTL-Shop
Your task/initial situation
You already work with JTL-Shop and want to check whether all information maintained in JTL-Wawi is also correctly portrayed. You therefore want to carry out a complete synchronisation of JTL-Wawi with JTL-Shop. The complete synchronisation has two steps: preparation and execution.
Step 1: Preparing a complete synchronisation
You can select the individual elements that you want to send to your online shop again with the next complete synchronisation with JTL-Wawi. If you have connected several online shops to JTL-Wawi, you can make the settings separately for each one.
- In JTL-Wawi, go the menu Platforms > Online shop > Complete synchronisation and open the Prepare complete synchronisation dialogue box.
- Check the boxes in front of the elements you want to send to JTL-Shop again. All activates all available elements.
Please note: The more elements you activate, the longer the complete synchronisation will take. You should therefore only select the elements that definitely need to be updated.
- Close the dialogue by clicking Save..
Step 2: Executing the complete synchronisation
Once the complete synchronisation is prepared, you need to carry out the synchronisation. This is either done automatically via JTL-Worker or with a manual online shop synchronisation.
