    Checking the shipping box status

    You can view the status of your shipping boxes at any time in the box overview under the menu Goods receipt >Box overview.

    Possible status of shipping boxes

    A shipping box can have the following statuses:

    • Empty: There is no sales order currently assigned to this shipping box.
    • Assigned sales order: A sales order has been assigned to the shipping box during the creation of a pick list. As soon as the items of this sales order have been picked and are ready to be transferred to a shipping box, this very shipping box is indicated to the user. This ensures that all items of a sales order are collected in the same shipping box.
    • Ready for packing: As soon as all items of a sales order have been placed in the shipping box, the shipping documents are printed. From this point onwards, it is not possible to make any changes to the content of the box, and the sales order can be packed. In case you are using the process Pick-to-box, fully packed boxes will receive the status “Ready for packing” although no shipping documents have been printed. The status indicates that the shipping box has been completely filled and is ready to be packed.
