Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Combining sales quotations in JTL-Wawi
Your task/initial situation
You have created several sales quotations for a customer. For a better overview, you want to combine all sales quotations into one that includes all line items.
Combining sales quotations
- Click on the Sales icon to go to the sales management in JTL-Wawi. Go to the Sales quotations category.
- Select all the sales quotations you want to combine.
Note: Only sales quotations for the same customer (with the same customer ID) can be combined.
- Click Combine.
You have now combined all sales quotations for the same customer. In the sales quotations overview, you will only see one sales quotation. If you open this sales quotation by double-clicking, you will see the combined items of all sales quotations in the item overview.
