    Detailed description: Statistics: Consent manager

    On this page, you will find a detailed description of the functions in the Statistics: Consent manager area in JTL-Shop. You can access the page in the back end of JTL-Shop via the menu Marketing > Statistics > Consent manager.

    General information

    In this area, you can see which cookies visitors to your online shop have accepted or rejected. The acceptance rate can be increased, for example, by adjusting the text or colours of the consent manager. By default, the consent manager is displayed to visitors the first time they visit your online shop. You can also choose to display the consent manager only on the second or third visit.     Detailed description of all functions

    Statistics type: In this drop-down menu, the option Consent manager is automatically selected. You can switch between different online shop statistics via the drop-down menu. Choose from the options Visitors, Origins of shop visitors, Search engines, Sales revenues, Start pages, and Consent manager.


    Consent manager: In this chart you can see how many visitors to your online shop have accepted all cookies in the consent manager. This information is given as a percentage.


    Period: Set the period for which you would like to see the data in the chart and in the table. Select a predefined period such as This month or a custom period.


    Magnifying glass icon: Click on the button after you have selected a time period to apply the time period filter. The information in the chart and in the table will be reloaded.


    Eraser icon: Click on this button to reset the time period filter.


    Total entries: Total number of entries in the table


    Entries per page: Number of entries displayed in the overview per page.


    Date: Date on which the visitors to your online shop accepted or rejected the cookies of your online shop.


    Visitors: Number of visitors who accepted or rejected the cookies of your online shop on the specified date.


    Accepted all cookies: Number of visitors who have accepted all cookies of your online shop.


    Accepted individual cookies: Shows which individual cookies have been accepted by visitors to your online shop.
