Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Find out more about the new editions and packages here. Check our FAQ for frequently asked questions about the product editions.
JTL-Fulfillment Matchmaker for Fulfilment service providers
Your task/initial situation
You are a registered fulfilment service provider and would like to offer your services to online merchants.
Requirements
Applying for a matchmaker request
- Log in to the FFN portal.
- Click on My network > My offers to check the status of your applications.
- Click on the Offer details button to edit your offer.
Under Details, you can see the merchant’s requirements. Based on these requirements, you can evaluate whether you can meet them.
- In the My offers area, enter your information that will be shown to the online merchant.
Please note: The more precise your entered information for the individual areas, the more likely that the online merchant will choose you. Especially indicating your prices makes it easier for the merchant to budget and compare applications.
- Click Send offer. The online merchant will now receive an offer from you.
Under My offers, you will now see the status Offer submitted. You will receive a message from the online merchant within the next 72 hours.
Initiating cooperation
Once the online merchant has accepted your offer, they will share their contact information with you and you can initiate the cooperation.
- Log in to the FFN portal.
- Go to My network > My customer requests to open the overview of your customer requests.
- Click on the Details button to process the customer request.
- In the request, you can see the contact information of the online merchant and an overview of their request. Select whether you want to Initiate/Decline cooperation and click Send reply.
If you have confirmed the request for cooperation and initiated the cooperation, the online merchant must still confirm it as well. As soon as the online merchant sends their confirmation, you are linked to the merchant and the cooperation begins.
