Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Finding a suitable warehouse as a merchant
Your task/initial situation
You have registered in the JTL-Customer Centre for the JTL-Fulfillment Network with the role Onlinehändler (merchant). Now you would like to browse through the adverts of our fulfilment service providers in the Fulfillment Portal and find a warehouse that matches your requirements.
Completing your data
- Go to fulfillment.jtl-software.com to open the Fulfillment Portal. If you are already registered, enter the access data of the JTL-Customer Centre. If not, simply register here. Go to JTL-Customer Centre.
- We recommend that you first check whether your data is complete. The data is taken from the JTL-Customer Centre. Via the menu, go to Profile management > My account to open the My account page, and, if necessary, click on Go to Customer Centre to edit your data.
Finding a warehouse
- In the menu, select Find warehouse to open the warehouse search of the Fulfillment Portal. You can narrow your search by City and Distance.
- Click on the number of results to view the results and further filters. You can find a description of the filter criteria here:
Specifying warehouse criteria Our merchant trades surfboards all over Europe. This means that he needs a fulfilment service provider who offers forwarding services in the whole of Europe.
- Click on one of the fulfilment service providers to view their profile.
- Now follow the next step: Sending request.
Inviting fulfilment service providers via direct link
As a merchant, you have the option to send a fulfilment service provider a direct invitation for cooperation in the JTL-Fulfillment Network.
- First log in to the Fulfillment Network. Fulfillment Network by JTL
- Go to My Network > My Warehouses.
- Click Send invitation to fulfilment service provider. A dialogue box with a direct link opens.
- Copy the link and email it to the service provider of your choice. Alternatively, you can also use our ready-made email text, in which the link is already included, as a template.
I have received a direct link from a fulfilment service provider
A fulfilment service provider has sent you a direct link and invited you to cooperate in the JTL-Fulfillment Network.
- Click on the link and log in to the JTL-Fulfillment Network.
- Then click on Initiate cooperation.
You are then connected to the fulfilment service provider. Your new service provider will then assign you a warehouse that you can use.
