Fulfillment Portal: Search and filter criteria

General filters
Search: If you already know the name of a fulfilment service provider, you can simply enter it here.
City/Distance: Here you can specify a location and the radius around it within which a fulfilment warehouse can be located.
Storage from: If you know your monthly shipping volume, enter it here.
Cut-off time: Here you can specify the latest time of day to have orders leave the warehouse of your fulfilment service provider.
Certified by JTL: JTL certifies selected fulfilment service providers. These must meet special criteria to earn the certificate. You can filter by certified service providers only.
Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime: If you participate in the Seller Fulfilled Prime programme, you can filter by service providers that meet the criteria for this program.
eBay Plus: If you participate in the eBay Plus programme, you can filter by service providers that meet the criteria for this programme.
Pre FBA service: If you additionally store your goods with Amazon FBA, you can use this option to filter by fulfilment service providers who prelabel the goods sent by you or your suppliers for Amazon FBA. Further reading: Transferring an item to FBA.
Shipping
Only B2B/B2C or B2B + B2C: Here you define the customer groups to which your items can be sent. Only to private customers (B2C), only to corporate customers (B2B) or to both groups.
Shipping service providers: Here you can specify which shipping service providers you would like to be able to use.
Customs clearance: If you ship goods to third countries, the fulfilment service provider can create all customs-related documents for you or offer additional services. Contact your fulfilment service provider for a detailed description of the services included and their costs.
Freight forwarding: Bulky goods in particular often have to be shipped by a freight forwarder. Activate this option if this is necessary for your items.
Courier services: Time-critical items sometimes have to be sent by courier. If you offer such items, activate this option.
Destination countries: Select the destinations of your shipments. D-A-CH includes only Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Europe also includes all European countries. Worldwide also includes all other countries.
Storage
Storage types: If you are looking for a specific type of warehouse or storage, you can narrow down your search here.
Certification: Some industries require certain certificates to comply with legal requirements. Activate one or more of the listed certificates to restrict the search.
Safety/Security: Here you can select which safety and security mechanisms you would expect the fulfilment service provider to offer.
Value-added services
Intern. customer service: The fulfilment service provider serves end customers from all over the world.
Order acceptance: The fulfilment service provider also accepts orders for you.
Informational service: Your customers can contact the fulfilment service provider for further information on their orders.
Phone dunning service: If there are outstanding payments, your fulfilment service provider calls your customers to remind them to pay.
Product and sales advice: Your fulfilment service provider offers, for example, a hotline that your customers can call to get advice before a purchase.
Complaint handling: The fulfilment service provider also takes care of complaints.
Social media support: If required, the fulfilment service provider takes care of your social media channels and answers inquiries from customers, for example.
Gift wrapping: The fulfilment service provider offers to gift-wrap goods for you.
Weighing: The fulfilment service provider weighs the goods before shipping, e.g. when loose goods are sold.
Sewing service: The fulfilment service provider offers to take over various sewing tasks.
Textile printing: The fulfilment service provider offers textile printing.
