You would like to view the log files of JTL-Shop to see if a certain problem has occurred.

Viewing the log

In the JTL-Shop back end, you can access the Log via the menu items Troubleshooting > Log. All error messages and notifications reported by JTL-Shop are recorded in the logbook. In the settings, you can determine which types of logs are to be saved. Provided for selection are:

  • Errors
  • Warnings
  • Notices
  • Debug

The log can also be reset at any time.
