Detailed description of all options
Send emails via: Here you select which protocol you want to use to send the emails. Depending on the protocol, you may need to provide further details below.
Sendmail path: If you select Sendmail as the protocol, you must enter the Sendmail path here.
SMTP host name/SMTP port: If you select the SMTP protocol, enter the host name and port here.
Use SMTP Auth: Set here whether you want to use SMTP-Auth. You must then enter a user name and password.
SMTP user name/SMTP password: Enter the user name and password for SMTP authentication here.
SMTP security: Here you can select whether encryption is to be used for SMTP.
Sender address for newsletter: Specify the address from which the newsletter is to be sent.
Recipient address for newsletter tests: Specify the address to which test newsletters are to be sent.
Sender name for newsletter: Specify which sender should be displayed for newsletters.
Double opt-in for the following customers: Here you can specify whether newsletter subscribers always have to confirm their email address separately via a link sent by email in order to be added to the newsletter list. You can also restrict this feature to unregistered email addresses only.
Enable spam protection: Specify whether the spam protection is active to prevent spam.
Sending interval (hours): Here you can set a delay with which newsletters are sent from JTL-Shop.
