    Outputting sales orders

    Your task/initial situation

You have one or more sales orders in JTL-Wawi. You now want to output these in different ways. For example, print them, email or fax them to customers, store them as a PDF on your computer or export them.
    Requirements/Restrictions
    • Before you output a sales order, you should create a template for what it should look like once it has been output. One of our numerous service partners can also help you with this. You can find suitable service partners under: www.jtl-software.de/Servicepartner

    1. In JTL-Wawi, go to Admin > Print, email and export templates to open the Managing print, email and export templates dialogue box.
    2. In the overview on the left side, select the template set Sales order > Sales order.

You will now see the different tabs for the different output methods Print, Email, Save, Fax and Export.

    1. Select the desired output method, for example Print. Select the default template and click Edit.
