    Dialogue box: Performing an inventory

    Pane A: Filters

Search field: Search items for which you want to post an actual stock via item name, SKU or EAN/GTIN.

Warehouse: Select the warehouse for which you want to perform an inventory.

Only items with stock in this warehouse: Filters out all items that have never had stock in the selected warehouse.

Only in-stock items: Displays only those items that should currently have stock.

Hide items with variations: Excludes variation items from the stock list.

    Pane B: Stock list

Actual stock: Enter the counted, actual stock here.

Target stock: Key figure for checking how high the stock should be.

Item type: Is it a standard item or an item with variations or other special features.

    Pane C: Toolbar

Print inventory list: Prints a list of all items listed in the stock list. You can use this list for the inventory by entering the counted, actual stocks in the list and transferring them to JTL-Wawi afterwards.

Print deviation list: Here you can print a list of all deviating stocks that have come up the inventory. To do this, select the period in which the inventory was carried out in the Printing the deviation list dialogue box.

Set entries with empty ‘Actual stock’ cell to ‘0’: A “0” is written into all editable cells into which you have not entered an entry. Do not click on this button until you are sure that you have entered all the stocks in your warehouse. When a filter is activated, the zeros are entered only in the selection.

Remove zero stock: Removes all items from the stock list for which a stock of “0” has been entered in the editable cell.

Advanced filters/Remove advanced filters: Opens the Defining and applying advanced filters dialogue box. Here you can specify categories, manufacturers, or product groups for which the inventory is to be carried out. You can also specify a specific item area for which the inventory takes place.

    Pane D: Posting inventory

Post inventory: Accepts the entries under Actual stock in JTL-Wawi. These are the new stocks of the items from now on. For large databases, this option might take quite some time.

Close: Closes the dialogue box. All settings are retained.
