Note: On 1 September 2024, JTL introduced new editions that bundle most of the previous individual services into different packages. In order for you to continue working as smoothly as possible, existing customers were automatically switched to the package configuration that best matched their existing contract. The individual packages differ in terms of limitations and/or range of functions. Therefore, some of the features described in the JTL-Guide may not be available to you as part of your booked JTL edition. You can change your package configuration in your JTL customer account. Redeeming vouchers in JTL-Shop
Your task/initial situation
You have sold vouchers for your shop and customers now want to redeem them.
Redeeming a voucher
- Carry out the ordering process in your shop.
- In the last step, select the option Redeem voucher.
- Enter the voucher code there. The voucher will be reserved until the purchase is completed. If the purchase is cancelled, the voucher will not be charged.
- The voucher is then displayed as a payment (Multi-purpose voucher) or negative item (Single-purpose voucher) in JTL-Wawi.
Hint: You can also redeem several vouchers at the same time. Simply select Redeem voucher again after redeeming the first voucher. The voucher dialogue opens again and you can enter the voucher code and, if necessary, the pin.
