    Registration as a fulfilment service provider

    Your task/initial situation

    You would like to participate in the JTL-Fulfillment Network as a fulfilment service provider. You have already looked into the terms and conditions and would now like to activate your account.

    Step 1: Register

    1. Log in to the JTL-Customer Centre with your customer account. Go to JTL-Customer Centre.
    2. Use the menu to switch to the area Partnerbereich (Partner area).
    3. Click on Fulfillmentpartner (Fulfillment partner). This will take you to the Fulfillmentpartner page.
    1. Then click Teilnahme als Fulfillment-Dienstleister (Participation as fulfilment service provider). This will take you to the page Teilnahme als Fulfillment-Dienstleister.
    1. Confirm the terms and conditions and click Jetzt teilnehmen (Participate now).

    Alternative: Registration via the Fulfillment Portal

    1. Open the FFN Portal, click on Log in and enter your access data.
    2. In the next window, click Allow to use the Customer Centre data for JTL-FFN.
    3. Then select your role by clicking on the image of the Service provider. You can also select both roles, i.e. both service provider and merchant.
    1. Click  Confirm selection to complete the registration. You will then be redirected to the FFN Portal dashboard.

    Step 2: Uploading your documents

    To offer your storage space in the JTL-Fulfillment Network as a fulfilment service provider, you must first undergo a review. This will be done by us. This enables us to guarantee your future fulfilment customers that only real, actual providers offer their services in the JTL-Fulfillment Network.

    1. Now switch to the Fulfillment Portal via https://fulfillment.jtl-software.com/ and log in with your access data. The access data corresponds to your data for the JTL-Customer Centre.
    2. In the Fulfillment Portal, use the user profile management next to your name to switch to the Documents area. Here you will find a list of all required documents as well as a contact person in case you have any questions concerning the review process.
    1. Click Browse and navigate to the files containing the requested documents.
    Please note: Give the documents precise and clear names. This simplifies the review process and serves to avoid further unnecessary inquiries.
    1. Click Upload. The file will be stored on our servers and displayed to you. The red X button allows you to delete unneeded documents at any time.
    2. Repeat this procedure for all required files. They will usually be reviewed by us within 2–4 days. In the meantime, you can already create warehouse adverts. Once you have been approved, your Warehouse adverts will be activated in the JTL-Fulfillment Network.

    Step 3: Completing your profile

    You should now complete your profile to make yourself more attractive to potential customers.

    1. In the Fulfillment Portal, use the user profile management next to your name to switch to the My account area.

    Description: Enter a short description of yourself as a fulfilment service provider here. This description can be multilingual. The description is displayed in the following places:

    • In the warehouse profile
    • On the invitation page
    • In emails

    Logo: Here you can upload your company logo. The logo is displayed in the following places:

    • In the warehouse advert
    • On the invitation page
    • In emails, if applicable
    • In header (see next setting)

    Show logo in header: You can also display the logo in the header of the Fulfillment Portal to personalise your portal. This setting does not affect the profile visible by your customers.
