Cancellation of the cooperation with a merchant in JTL-FFN
Your task/initial situation
You do not want to work with a specific merchant anymore. On this page, we describe how to terminate the cooperation.
Please note: Even if the cooperation is not terminated under mutual agreement, we recommend a close dialogue between the two parties. In this way, you can precisely coordinate how the termination of the business relationship is handled.
Cancelling the cooperation
The merchant wants to terminate the contract
- The merchant must first transfer their goods from the fulfilment warehouse to their own warehouse. Learn more about this on the help page Transferring items.
- You receive an email that tells you about the cancellation. If there are no more open operations, you do not need to do anything else. If there are open operations, continue with step 3.
- Log in to the Fulfillment Portal at https://fulfillment.jtl-software.com/.
- Go to the Details page via My network > My customer requests > Details’.
- You must first complete all open operations before the cooperation can be cancelled.
- Once all open operations are complete, click Cancel cooperation.
You want to terminate the contract
- Log in to the Fulfillment Portal at https://fulfillment.jtl-software.com/.
- Go to the Details page via My network > My customer requests > Details’.
- You must first complete all open operations before the cooperation can be cancelled.
- Then click Cancel cooperation.
Successful termination
Wenn die Kündigung erfolgreich war, erscheint ein Hinweis in Ihrem FFN, dass die Verbindung erfolgreich aufgehoben wurde .
Außerdem wird automatisch eine E-Mail an den Händler versendet, in der ihm mitgeteilt wird, dass die Zusammenarbeit beendet wurde.
Failed termination
A failed cancellation means that you still have outstanding operations.
These could be: Open sales orders, items with stock or open inbounds.
Once all operations are complete, the termination will take effect automatically.
